How I Learned To Improve My Immune System Naturally

What is the best way to keep up a healthy immune system in today's high stress and toxic world? Have you ever wandered how to improve your immune system naturally, instead of taking multiple pharmaceutical drugs? Well, I've found that the answer to these questions are surprisingly simple things that anyone can do.

I've always been a generally healthy person and for that I consider myself lucky. I live in the north east and every winter I used to catch a sinus infection, strep throat, or bronchitis with out fail. It was just something that I considered normal. Most everyone else experienced the same thing.

I also had medium and sometimes even severe nose and throat allergies during the spring , summer, and fall. I guess that doesn't leave much territory uncovered... But I still thought my health was better than average, and if you take out the allergies it was.

I went away to Florida for about 12 years and came back up north to discover that my mother was a licensed "Natural Health Professional". I was like,

"Whoa mom, were you that bored without me causing trouble here"?

Mom started explaining a lot of things that she discovered along her studies and practice. I was blown away. I then noticed all of the natural and herbal supplements that took up every bit of space in the old vitamin cabinet. I thought that she might have joined a cult! I was a little concerned.

Well you know what's coming next... Right? Yes, mom started giving me daily doses of a few supplements and testing my blood for all kinds of things, even certain parasites! After the results came back she adjusted my supplements and time went on. After about a month I noticed that I could finally breathe at night. My nose wasn't getting all clogged up and my throat wasn't itchy. I started feeling more alert and less fatigued. When winter rolled around I did not get anything! No cold.. No strep throat, bronchitis, or sinus infections! That's when it really hit me. My mom really knows what she is doing with this stuff! Now I'm an advocate for natural health supplements and have started to get the word out.

Immune Boosting Supplements

I guess you are wondering what my mom gave to to take. Nobody will believe how cheap and simple it really is. There are literally thousands of natural supplements on the market and the industry is only getting bigger every year. The important part is to use products that are tested, have studies to back them up, and are organic and natural of course. Let's take a look at what worked for me..

Ai/E10

  • This is by far the most important and well researched immune supplement out in my personal experience and opinion. I have seen it do a lot of good for many people, especially those with compromised immune systems. Ai/E10 is an immune system activator and modulator derived from a refined lacteal complex of antigen infused colostrum. What is that? Antigen infused colostrum is produced by a patented process which involves giving "infusions" of specially prepared strep, staph, pseudomonas, salmonella and e.coli antigens to a privately owned and maintained heard of dairy cows. These cows are managed specifically for this purpose and are only fed the organic, free range grass, that nature intended dairy cows to eat. The cows get this infusion delivered to them under the utter via the teat canal. In a natural reaction by the udder, a full array of important molecules are harvested. These antigens are then concentrated and end up being Less than 100kD in size. This allows for maximum absorption and effectiveness when consumed.
  • Tufts University and Tiburon Labs have confirmed that Ai/E10 has more than 60 important peptides and other molecules including: defensin, granulysin, IPSF, lactoferrin, cathelicidin, transfer factors, granulins, perforins, chemokines, minicytokines, GM-CSF, and many others. The importance of these molecules to cellular communication is the subject of hundreds of published, peer reviewed studies.

Where Can I Get Ai/E10

There are actually a lot of sites on the web that sell products containing Ai/E10. They have different quantities and some add extra herbs and supplements into the mix. If you want it pure, without any other ingredients, and at the cheapest price, get a product called Cyto Ess. It's the most recognized and trusted product I've found, and the only one that my family, friends, and myself use. If you're looking for a replacement for Biomune then Cyto Ess is what I recommend. It's the real deal and gets it's Ai/E10 from Dietary Ingredient Solutions, LLC, the same dairy heard as Biomune did. This is the original producer and holds the patent for the refined lacteal complex of antigen infused colostrum.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D comes in two different forms as far as supplementation goes. Did you know that it is technically a prohormone. Prohormones basically enhance hormones. But it's OK, we can still call it a vitamin. It's important to know the two types of this... vitamin d2 and d3.

Vitamin d2 is commonly prescribed by doctors for a D deficiency. It has been used since the 1920s when a pharmaceutical company patented it. This version (d2) is responsible for getting rid of Rickets which was a prevalent disorder from lack of vitamin D in the 18 and early 1900s. While it did a lot of good back then, current research shows problems with the body's ability to use it as effectively as D3. Vitamin d2 is also responsible for a majority of vitamin D overdoses.

Vitamin d3 is what you want to use as a dietary supplement. We get our d3 naturally from the sun. Our skin converts UVB radiation into it as a natural reaction! When I found this out, I was amazed at the way our bodies interact with nature. It's so interesting that our skin kind of acts like a plant. The important thing to remember is that vitamin d3 is the most efficient and natural supplement to use if you have a deficiency (most people have some sort of deficit).

Take a look at the benefits of vitamin d3:

  • enhances immunity to microbial infections
  • up-regulates cathelicidin, a naturally occurring broad-spectrum antibiotic
  • helps prevent cancer
  • strengthens bones
  • prevents the flu and colds
  • reduces tumor growth

Buy The Best Best Vitamin D3 Supplement

If you want to buy the best vitamin d3 supplement, you should look for products that contain about 5,000 UI per day. This is a safe and effective amount for most adults. From Infants and up to children of age 8 should take 1,000 - 3,000 UI per day respectively.

Although It is generally considered safe to take about 9,000 UI of d3, everyone is different and therefore I must recommend that you get a vitamin D blood test to determine deficiency.

Do you agree that we need to change the cozy relationship that Big Parma has with the FDA and other regulators?

Corporations, Government "Regulators", And Their Propaganda

Let me say it right here and get it out of the way for when you read the comments section. Big pharmaceutical corporations and the FDA are on a witch hunt regarding natural supplements! This is only a natural human reaction when your 100+ billion dollar industry is poisoning more people than it helps and then some group of people remind everyone that there are safer, and many times more effective ways to treat and cure ailments.

I often find that this is so obvious and it's upsetting that they get away with this crony capitalism. That's not to say that the natural supplement industry hasn't had it's problems. There have been several cases of advertizing fraud and making false claims. To be fair many of those cases were laughable when the FDA approves drugs that have black box warnings that cause DEATH along with every other side effect under the sun. The side effects are often in complete conflict with what the drug claims to treat.

Ex: Take this drug for anxiety problems. The side effects could be diarrhea, dry mouth, increased heart rate, some people have died.

I'm sure that there are plenty of great pharmaceutical products out there, I just wish they would be more ethical and stop trying to cover up and continue to sell all of their dangerous and flawed products as well.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Hello Suzanne, Thanks for the vote! I am really fed up with the way things have turned out for the people of America, and the world. There is just no way that anyone with half a brain can deny that MAJOR turnarounds need to happen as soon as possible.

Great info, and I absolutely agree about Big Pharma (along with Big Oil, Coal, Gas, and Monsanto) They are trying to rule the world, and we need to resist with all our might. Taking control of our own health care is one way to resist. Voted up and useful.
