How To Increase Your Testosterone Naturally

Introduction

The age old question... How to increase testosterone? Now i am definitely sure that you have come across lots and lots... and lots of online blogs and articles, commercial on television and advertisement in magazines about different types of solutions. Some are legit, but most of them are scams that are trying to sell you their product and make money of one's ill condition.

To increase your testosterone you don't any need good healthy body, healthy lifestyle but healthy environment,

Please don't get me wrong over here the solutions i am going to be mentioned are not to be taking as me trying to promote a product or specific medicine.

And most important of all, please please please... talk to your doctor about these solutions before apply them. You never know what's up with your body.

1st Stage:Start With Lifestyle

Exercise: Exercise every other day. Please do not push your body. Listen your body. I see day after day so many people showing up at the gym regularly. Punctuality is good in most cases. But when it turns to obsession; think about your body as battery....you need to recharge it. Same goes with your body. Push it to your limits when you work out. But rest your body to its limits as well!

Sleep: Get adequate sleep. This is how your sleep works. It is divided into two parts 1) NREM 2) REM. NREM includes stages 1 ,stage 2 , stage 3,stage 4 and then it goes back to stage 3, stage 2 and then into REM sleep. The 4th stage is most essential stage for us. Stage 4 is when we are in our deepest sleep. This is when human brain releases all kinds of androgenic hormones. Including testosterone and growth hormone. FYI: Growth Hormone and Testosterone our high receptive to each other. Without one the other one is not much useful.

Diet :The huge misconception is to avoid fats and cholesterol. You need essential fats such as omega acid 3,6,9 and cholesterol for testosterone production. Plus they keep your eyes healthy. One of the bigger parts of testosterone is produce from cholesterol.

Sex: Have more sex period. To increase testosterone you should have more sex. Studies show that when test subjects where shown erotic movie's the test subject experienced high level of testosterone. LOL!! that's just by watching... imagine if you get indulged in real action ;) Its like to get more sex you gotta have more sex.

2nd Stage:Supplements

Now after implying first stage you should start seeing results. For example to see more aggression in the gym, more energy, positive attitude, physical fitness as well as mental awareness.

To proceed to next stage please consult your doctor first, just to be on safe side.

Tribulus Terrestris: Tribulus after many experiments has shown that it does increase testosterone . Not only it increase testosterone but also decrease excess estrogen. Try it out. Btw for woman who suffer from urinary tract infection, tribulus has the curing ability to cure urinary tract infection.

Zinc: I would say this is my favorite supplement of all. Zinc is probably the most effective than any other non androgenic supplement i know of. When i used to work out i always took 2 50 mg pills on the days i worked out ( Which is every alternate day). Trust me you can feel the difference it make, Same as tribulus it also decreases estrogen ratio to testosterone and maintain both of them t optimum level.inc has a 87% success ratio in raising testosterone and free testosterone in test subjects.

Protein Supplement: I would recommend whey and casein. Why? Whey is absorbed quickly by our body while Casein is absorb slowly and will take hours to get fully absorbed. Whey is for after workout quick boost. You do not wanna go long without taking protein after a workout. Especially if your like me, who believes in go hard or go home. Casein is for nighttime, 1/2 hour before going to bed. Two goals are achieved by taking casein at night. 1) Since it gets absorbed slowly it keeps your metabolism alive even when your asleep. 2) Since you're gonna get full with that protein shake you are not going to need the might night snack that you ache for. Additionally it will help your body to produce hormone at optimum level when in stage 4 sleep.

Of course there are many other products that have been claimed to increase testosterone. I think they work but on lesser side. The lists includes, magnesium, ZMA, coenzyme Q10, vitamin E, creatine and glutamine, arginine,omega fish, vitamin D, vitamin B etc.

Cuddling is very good for woman to raise testosterone.

3rd Stage: Food

Pineapple/ Banana: Both of these fruits are high in potassium. Just what you need after a workout. Additionally both of these fruit have an enzyme called bromelain. This enzyme has been found to increase testosterone and libido. I think i just found your next fruit salad ingredients.

Oysters: Super rich in zinc, i think you would know where i am getting at. If your one of those seafood lovers this is the best way to get zinc. It also increase muscle growth, physical endurance and sperm production.

Eggs/Milk: Source of vitamin D as well as protein. Well this is what it comes down to 4 boiled eggs in morning with 1 glass of milk as breakfast and you're good to good. In that particular diet you get every thing. From vitamin A to Zinc.

Day 4

Day 4 something different , if you have a yoga class at your gym, attend it. If you don't, try doing some basic yoga at home.

Or

45 Minutes meditation... with deep breathing.

Deep breathing is one of the best way to raise your testosterone level quickly. You can try mediating anywhere at your office, in car, walking as well.It is also beneficial if you deep breathe right before sleeping.

But, don't forget the protein.

Rest, Protein, Sleep... and if you like supplements. Arginine and Ornithine are best supplements to help you recover faster. Has branches Amino acids as well.

I still know some of us just have to go to the gym, just to feel good. Well then on day 6 you could get involved in some light boxing.

Conclusion

This is how i got my testosterone level back to normal. I also feel good about my body now. This routine above and everything above is experimented and works. Well at least it worked with me.
