Engage yourself in a sports activity of your choice. Play it regularly for fun. While enjoying it and while making new sports records, you will see how you have controlled your weight.

Keep a reward system. On having shed a certain number of pounds, treat yourself. Treating should also be calculated. You should know how many calories have been consumed.
