How To Make Your Life The Best It Can Be

Updated on July 30, 2011

BEING THE BEST YOU CAN BE

Everyone in life wants the best for themselves and providing the best life for the ones they love and adore.

How to make your life the best it can be is all up to each and everyone of us. Each person has different wants and needs in the lives and then there are some that what they have at that present monument is good enough for them and the rest of their lives.

For me and sure for many others across the world always want to be the best they can be because after all as we all know we are only here on earth for a short time so why not make the best of our lives while we are here.

There are so many things that cost no money to make your life the best it can be. Money is not everything. Happiness is the key to having the best life. Having good health and enjoying each and every moment of life is the best too. Without good health and being unhappy about your life will be tough, but with prayer and love in your heart you can overcome your problems and try again to make your life the best it can be.

TAKE TIME OUT AND ASK YOURSELF HOW TO BETTER YOUR LIFE

Take a day for yourself. Go to the beach or a walk through the woods alone and ask yourself what you can do to have a better and happier life. What is it that you want out of life and how can you go about achieving this want you have.

Sit in the white sand of the beach and watch those waves rolling in and crashing on the beaches edge and start thinking about your life and ways to improve your life and make it a happier live not only for you, but everyone you love and care for in your family.

Let the waves and the sound of the surf mesmerize you and give you peace in your mind and soul. Relax and breath in the clean fresh air and say, wow, life is a wonderful thing and I want to make the best out of my life right now.

You would be surprised of how many things you can think of that cost no money that would better your life if you really put the thought into it.

  • Try taking a nice ride with your family up to the mountains or just a ride to the beach for a swim or just lay on the beach and relax.
  • Spend quality time with your children and spouse by taking a walk or sitting in the yard and just talk about things that make you happy or fond memories that you have and things that happened your life that brought a laugh to you.
  • If you have children take them to the ball field and throw a few balls or go to the basketball courts and shoot some hoops. Your children will love it and will indeed remember those fun times they had with Dad or Mom. ( I did that with my children and they will never forget it)
  • Take a bike ride as a family or just you and your spouse or you alone. Take the sites in and you are also getting your exercise for the day which is a healthy thing too.

So the bottom line is there are many things you can think of that can make your life a better life. Enjoy each day as if it was your last. Continue to think positive and smile each and everyday, it will make you feel good when you smile and a laugh here and there each day will also help.

Life is so precious, so treat as so. Don't abuse it with harmful drugs or alcohol and as long as you are healthy and happy that is all that matters. You can think of things that will make your life better. It only takes some imagination and some thought, so put your thinking cap on and lets get happy and make your one and only life a great one.
