How To Stop A Heart Attack In Under A Minute

Updated on February 16, 2015

This method is completely safe and natural, however you should still call your national emergency number should you have any symptoms of a heart attack. This remedy may be useful if you are stuck in a remote area or cannot get to a hospital any time soon.

Symptoms of a heart attack:

  • Pain in the center of your chest (squeezing, pressure, fullness).
  • Pain in your jaw / teeth, neck, arm(s), back or stomach.
  • Discomfort in your upper middle abdomen.
  • Nausea, sweating, lightheadedness.
  • Shortness of breath.

Please call an ambulance immediately if you have any of these symptoms.

Dr. Keith Jones published his research in Circulation on how, when applied to the skin of mice, capsaicin (found in chilli peppers) can make the sensory nerves send signals to the nervous system, which then devises a "pro-survival" shortcut to the heart.

Dr. John Christopher uses cayenne pepper to stop heart attacks and claims that in his 35 year career, it has never failed him.

Countries which use cayenne pepper regularly in their dishes, such as Italy, Mexico and countries throughout Asia, are also countries with a lower than average report of heart disease.

Cayenne Pepper

Before we start, please remember that for this to be effective, the cayenne pepper has to be at least 90,000 heat units (Scoville scale) .

If the person is conscious and breathing

Make Cayenne Tea by mixing 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper in 1 cup of warm water.

If the person is unconscious

Place a couple of drops of cayenne extract / tincture under the person's tongue.

In both cases, it should take approximately sixty seconds for the effects of the cayenne pepper to begin working.
