How to Get a Natural Steroids Effect That's Safe and Effective

Updated on October 13, 2010

Many of us work out to get bigger, build muscle, and to look our best and there are many ways to do it. But do they really work and are they truly effective? Most likely not, they are just bogus crap that doesn't work. I've been there trying everything out there hoping to see amazing results but never any luck. Until now....

I've been looking for my own ways to develop a great work out that's effective, save, and natural and I have found it. It could be as effect as steroids without the bad side effects and being illegal. The secret is to boost your testosterone so you get a similar effect to steroids. Most people don't think of combining this with a work out even though it's pretty much a natural steroid. There are many articles out there that show you how to do so, so you can use those tips and get your testosterone pumping.

Some people may have a hard time building muscle because they're deficient in testosterone making it very difficult top have an effective work out. It can be frustrating and discouraging. This is a great place to start and once your testosterone levels are up you should have no problem building muscle.

The key is to not only get your testosterone levels normal, but to get them as high as possible (obviously to a certain extent) use as many ways as possible instead of just one. Getting them high enough could give you very similar effects to steroids without any side effects.

Now you can find ways to boost your testosterone all over the internet but I used this article link below. It's helpful if you want ways to boost your testosterone.

(Ways to Boosting Testosterone Source)

I used this technique with combining boosting my testosterone naturally and a normal hard work out and that is when I saw results. With in a week I started building muscle and I could see the results. I was losing weight and converting fat into muscle. I was growing muscle so fast on my arms and shoulders I started getting stretch marks. (Which means I grew muscle so fast my body couldn't keep up, which is a good thing). This is a great way to work out of your looking to get buff. It worked for me and I'm just sharing my knowledge and I'm hoping everyone will have similar effects as I did.

Please feel free to comment on your results if you try this.

There are actually some amazing anabolic steroids in plants like spinach and quinoa, you can see the graph I compiled listing the actual amounts ( Of course, the best steroids are the ones naturally produced by the body in response to resistance training!
