Remain Active Throughout Your Life

To have good general health, you must have a burning desire to do what's required to remain healthy. You must simply do the necessary things to remain vigorous every day.

  • Surely, you already know what the common health mistakes are, smoking and drinking.
  • You must stay active throughout your life, and eat the most nutritious foods, ever.
  • Become aware of your posture and breathe from your abdomen.
  • Enjoy fresh air every day.

Eating healthy and remaining active means you'll be energetic every day. Make time to exercise moderately, either in a gym, outdoors or at home.

You should not be a couch potato by passively sitting to watch an innumerable amount of TV every day. This can provoke you to pack on needless pounds for being sedentary.

Drink 1/2 Your Body Weight in Ounces and Eat Wholesome Food

You must also regularly eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Stay away from eating too much greasy and fried foods or drinking sweet soda pops.

Watch out when you grocery shop, since there are ingredients in certain food packages that are deadly! Over time, these ingredients when consumed, such as over-salt, hydrogenated vegetable oil, sugar, artificial color, genetically modified food, high-fructose corn syrup and harsh preservatives will deteriorate your health.

  • Do not eat foods you are allergic to.

Make sure to remain fluid and drink half your body weight in ounces, and eat at least thirty-five grams of quality fiber daily with sixty-five grams of adequate protein. This'll keep your bowels working every day, and you won’t suffer the consequences of constipation. Your skin will stay soft and supple if you don't receive a hideous sunburn.

You must be checked by a qualified doctor periodically to rule out any bout of cancer, diabetes or heart disease and degenerative conditions such as high blood pressure.

To remain healthy you must, furthermore, check your weight, and make sure you're on a true mass for your height. Being too skinny or too fat will not help the status of your overall health. It'll inadvertently burden the function of your reproductive organs, and stress your heart.

Girls remember while you are in your period to relax. Exercising during this time is counterproductive, walking is fine and encouraged.

You Are What You Eat!

If you eat nutritious food, you'll enjoy good general health. Nevertheless, if you eat junk food, your health will deteriorate as fast as a car that needs fuel. Junk food stresses all your body systems and forces your digestive organs to work harder. This can create nasty ulcers or worse; yet, create nutritional deficiencies that may lead to sickness or disease.

Brush your teeth with natural toothpaste not more than twice a day.

You must also remember to take good care of yourself and make sure to sleep for at least eight hours every night. Don’t allow situations with your friends or family to overburden you. Effectively learn how to handle things so your body doesn't produce too much Homo-cysteine.

Plan to Eat Healthy

Everyone wants to eat right and maintain a healthier lifestyle—whether you're a busy mom hustling to feed on-the-go children, a business traveler trying to stay fit, or an active Boomer keeping up with the grand-kids.

Unfortunately, maintaining a balanced nutritional diet is often a challenge. In simplest terms, healthy eating is about getting back to the basics. You Should Eat More Fruits and Vegetables on a Daily Basis!

The current recommendation for a healthy diet is to fill half your plate at each meal with either fruits and vegetables. You'll feel healthier when you consume more vegetables.

However, healthy eating takes time, planning, and will cost more than a junk food diet.

Watch Your Cortisol and Stress Response

Cortisol is the number one stress compound that's in your power to control. So stress-less, to live a better quality of life, and choose your friends wisely. Good friends are like good food because they nurture you.

Always take care of your outward appearance, your persona, and dress neatly every day to keep up your self-esteem. Take a shower every day; comb your hair, and men cut your hair.

  • Use natural products on your skin and hair. The gentlest ones are found in your kitchen.
  • When you feel good about yourself, your body knows this intuitively, and it automatically produces all the feel-good hormones.
  • Have a burning reason to get up every morning. This gives you a jump-start to work every morning to earn money and smile and laugh. Especially, if your work is your passion, or else make your family, your reason for living.

The most important thing in the world is to provide and take care of yourself and your family and to live by the standards of God Almighty.

If you are single, your drive can be a passionate hobby that makes you feel alive. Nonetheless, do what is in your power to stay healthy, and have the energy to do the things you love every day.
