  • Dive deep, just dive in and do whatever you need to do to change your life, and make yourself feel better about yourself (as long as it isn’t illegal, offensive, or derogatory to others)

Evidence Journaling

Evidence journaling is when you write down all the things you have accomplished, doesn’t matter how big or small. Just write it down, for example, if you are trying to lose weight, and you have managed to go a couple of days without eating potato chips for example, write it down. You are usually someone who finds it difficult to remain consistent in carrying out the necessary to steps to achieve your goals, but you remained consistent for a week. Pat yourself on the back, and write it down. Congratulate yourself, make yourself feel amazing.

Try Something New

Trying something new boosts the self esteem because it creates that excitement, that feeling of adventure and curiosity. When you try something new, and you face your fears, it gives you that extra confidence boost.
