Most people hit road blocks at about 2:00pm or 3:00pm.

The body just simply runs out of motivation and energy, which really makes it difficult to complete any tasks, and especially makes you lack the urge to work out daily. This is why most of the time, people snack all day long, especially in office jobs...

Eating gives you energy, so when you are tired, often times your body tells you to eat. But this causes snacking on whatever is around, and most often leads you to eating the WRONG things.


So, we want to help you NOT Snack all day long, and still have energy so you will WANT to workout each day.

For our "90 Days to a Better YOU" challenge, the consistency of working out Daily, is crucial to your success! That is why we have our support groups, advice articles, and everything you need to help make this as easy as possible. One easy way to workout daily, is to simply bring back your "drive for life" and increase your energy levels!

Here are some easy tips, guaranteed to help you do this!

If you’re used to eating two or three larger meals each day, then what we suggest, to help you increase your daily energy, will probably include a new concept for you; this is to eat 5 meals a day.

Eating Five Meals a Day

In regards to nutrition, this is one of the MOST important parts of the 90 Day Challenge.

Making five different meals for you to eat, every day, probably sounds like extra work that you just don't have time for, but we will show you just how easy it really is.

How to Eat FIVE Meals a Day?

First - Write down each meal you plan to eat for the day, or usually eat.

Here are my Examples:

  • Breakfast - Oatmeal, Granola Bar, Clementine, Zeal Wellness Drink.

  • Lunch - Turkey Sandwich, Chips, Apple Slices

  • Dinner - Chicken, Potatoes, Roll, Veggies.


Second - Break down these meals into 5 meals, instead of the 3:

  • Breakfast - Oatmeal, Zeal Wellness Drink.

  • Brunch Snack - Clementine, Granola Bar.

  • Lunch - Turkey Sandwich,

  • 2pm Snack - Chips, Apple Slices

  • Dinner - Chicken, Potatoes, Roll, Veggies. (smaller portions)

How do I Personally Follow the "5 Meal Ideal?"

**Now, for me personally, my favorite way to eat Five Meals a Day, is to substitute a Zeal Protein Drink in for two of my meals. The great thing about doing this is that they are only 150 Calories, and have all the nutrion, vitamins, minerals, and protein my body needs to help improve my metabolism and overall health, so I know I am getting at least some healthy meals in each day!

  • Breakfast - Oatmeal, Orange

  • Brunch Snack - Zeal Orange Cream Protein Drink (Mixed with Vanilla protein and Tropic Dream Zeal Wellness and 8 Oz. Almond Milk.)

  • Lunch - Turkey Sandwich,

  • Dinner - Chicken, Potatoes, Roll, Veggies. (smaller portions)

One great thing about eating five meals is that it helps you stay energized for your workouts!
