How to Make Delicious Crispy Kale Chips

If you find it difficult to get enough greens in your diet you will be pleased to know that there is a delicious, and healthy way of introducing more into your diet. One of the best ways of doing this, especially if you don’t really like greens is to make delcious crispy chips.

What you need:

Bunch of curly kale

Mixing bowl

Sea salt

Nutritional yeast

Olive oil

Baking tray

Grease proof paper


It is really easy and straightforward to prepare delicious kale crispy chips. Start by rinsing your kale with cold water, pat it dry with a paper towel. Put the kale in a large mixing bowl and drizzle it with olive oil. Set your oven to a medium heat and place your kale on to baking tray lined with grease proof paper. Pour kale on to the baking tray that has been oiled with olive oil. Put your kale in the oven and leave it to bake for about 11 minutes. After 11 minutes check it and see if it is crispy enough. The kale should be bright green and crispy, not burned.

Once the kale is ready, sprinkle it with sea salt and nutritional yeast to taste.
