It is often the case that a dermatologist can tell easily how old a woman is just by staring at her neck. Unfortunately, if you are a woman, you won’t really want people to know how old you are. You will prefer to look younger as it can make you appear more attractive. Fortunately, there are some tips that may help you prevent aging on your face.

1. Sleep Properly

In order to prevent facial aging, the first thing you need to do is to sleep on your back. This way, you are least likely to pull the delicate skin you may have on your face. However, if you can’t manage to sleep placing your back on your bed, you may use a pillow instead to minimize your skin getting pulled. Yet, keep in mind that the pillow should be made of silk.

Face cleansing is very important if you want to prevent aging on your face. Therefore, cleans your face every night and make sure that there is no oil, makeup, dirt, or the likes that remain on your face. This is to maintain the skin pores tight and small and also to avoid irritation on the skin. So, use a good quality cleanser and wash your face gently, splash rinse it and, finally, pat dry it.

3. Be Careful with Your Eyes

The next effective facial skin anti aging tip is that you should pay attention to the area around your eyes as the skin is usually quite delicate there. Carefully wash the area around your eyes so that your skin won’t have to suffer from any pulling. Yet, if you want to apply any makeup or cream, you had better use your ring finger. This is because the ring finger gives a more delicate and lighter touch. Remember, you need to apply the makeup or cream going upwards circularly.

Inaddition to that, put on a pair of sunglasses that are large enough to protect your eyes so that you don’t have to squint frequently. Remember that squinting triggers aging lines on your face.

If you are at the beach, where you will be exposed to the sun for a long time, you had better put on a hat that has a brim so that your face is protected from the sun. To top it off, don’t forget to apply sunscreen to your face down to your neck and body.
