Take Adequate Sleep: Sleep deprivation is one major reason for puffiness under eyes, and the best way to get rid of the same, is to take adequate sleep. With just few sessions of proper sleep, one can get rid of the problem.

Cold Compress: Another option would be to apply cold compress before getting off from the bed. Take a towel and soak it with cold water and cover your eyes for at least 10 minutes. Remove the towel and you will see the puffiness is gone!

Water: It is the only natural way to keep many diseases at bay. Ensure to drink at least 8 – 10 glasses of water each day, which will help to get rid of bags under eyes.

Face Wash: As you get out of bed in the morning, wash your eyes with natural cold water. Flushing eyes with water helps to maintain firm skin and keep puffiness out of the scene.

Eye Cream: Another way to reduce the cause is to apply eye cream under the eyes before retiring for the night. This also helps to reduce puffiness.
