Fame or

The first preference will be money, whereas after few years, the preference will change or it will add more from the above. We will start to work or do a business to run our family during the initial stage. After a while, we will slowly start to forget our family and adding hours to our work or business.

What for Family and relationships

When coming to our family, it can be defined as bond of various relationships.

Father - son

Father - daughter

Husband - wife

Mother - son

Mother - daughter

We may fall in any of the above relationship or more than that. So what is the role of everyone in their family. Just earning money and without spending time with family will give a good balance? Whether this life will go for a long run?

Can you able to imagine how our spouse and children will be happy when we spend time with them? It is the real heaven in this world. We are not machine to run behind money by losing our relationship. Pressure has to given for vehicle tyres, not for human beings. So any stress or pressure can be overcome by spending wholeheartedly with our family members.

Which is important - Family or Business?

When we ask this question, most of the people will go for business. Why because, they can earn money, status and luxury life. But they failed to remember that, without family or relationships, what is going to do with all these money or status or luxury.

We need to consider our family as a core and then put a step towards your business which will make you to drive for a longer way. Otherwise, at one point of time, you may get frustrated and start to think the output of all days work.

How can I balance my business and my family

When we started to think this question to balance our business and family, we have start to plan the 24 hour schedule in a day. A day or 24 hours is common for both successful people and also for unsuccessful people. So what made the difference between these two categories?

Planning plays a vital role for successful people. This planning for day will help you a lot when we are trying to balance our life with business. Start writing your work or assignments on that day after you wake up. Prioritize the work and make it in order. Also put a time schedule and Time slot for each work. This will avoid wasting much time for a work where you need less Time and effort.

Now plan for time to spend with family like going for dinner, watching movies, spending with children, etc., Fix a time schedule and Time slot for spending time with family.

Now go through both the process and fix it in a day schedule. You have to do a paper work initially, but later you can able to manage from practice.

At beginning stages, you may face some difficulty but by practicing on daily basis, you will be master.

Life is a gift for every human being. It is in our hand how to make it as a joy and meaningful. Do not compare with others as life has given different types of question paper to everyone. Start living our life, not others.
