There are times when you feel rather overwhelmed by the problems you face in life, don’t you? It becomes difficult for you to main your inner strength and you feel that you are drowning in a sea of issues.
How do you react when you are undergoing issues after issues in your life?
- ‘I feel that I was born to suffer.’
- ‘I think that my problems will always be with me.’
- ‘I want to hide myself from the world.’
- ‘I do not want to try again.’
- ‘I just want to let go’
It is very true that when problems come, they never come in singles, but comes as waves to completely demolish your self confidence. You are unable to cope up with the distressing situations your problems place you in. But you should understand that problems do not go away just because you hide from it. It will be there to devastate you unless you take efforts to overcome it.

Defeats, failures, rebuffs and rejections can take a heavy toll of your courage and you cower inside with fear of your future and when there is fear you always assume the worst for you. But you cannot freeze into inaction as it is you who have to take actions to face your problems.
Do you know that you can cultivate positive thoughts? It is you who should decide whether you are going to try again and again to become victorious, or slump in dejection and surrender to your negative thoughts and be defeated. It is indeed tragic that most of you find it easy to be negative and face defeat than to be positive and win.

When you feel that your problems are there to stay with you, you fear that your life will never be worthwhile and there will no happiness. Do you know how wrong you are? Problems are like passing clouds and more like a fleeting phase in your life. You should never assume that they will become a permanent feature in your life.
Concentrate on how to overcome problems
You should not buckle under the pressures you meet in life, but make yourself geared up to face it headlong.
You are terrified of lion, aren’t you?
You shiver in fear and just want to run away from it to save yourself. When you run, it is bound to chase you as it is a born chaser. But when you run towards it, it makes a hasty retreat as it is not used to being chased.
Your problems are like the lion. It terrorizes you when you run from it, but when you go towards it in aggressive courage it hurriedly disappears. When you are negative, it assumes a mammoth proportion, but when you are positive you find it to be a mole sized issue.
Your well groomed looks matter a lot.
Many of us do not understand the magic of being well groomed. It gives you a good feel and you like yourself very much. You should always be well dressed and your body language should be assertive and positive. No pulled down lips, no frowning forehead, no stooped shoulders and no sloppy walk. You should smile and look energetic and smart even when your inner mind is screaming with agony.
Happiness is always within you and it will be yours only when you practice it. You might not be happy inside you, but to the outside world you should sport a smile. This is a practice that beckons in optimistic energy and this habit gets embedded in your mind so that it becomes natural for you to be positive about your life.
Don’t fear trying and trying
You might fail, but that should not deter you from trying again and again till you succeed. If you do not try, you will not know your strength and your life will always be a struggle. However frantic your situation might be, you must practice positive attitude. Positive outlook energizes you to give a hard fight to your problems and you amazingly realize that you have a hundred percent chance of victory in life.

You have to pull yourself together when your life is in dire straits. It is your life and you do not want to waste it away by your negative attitude, do you? When you have the option of being positive and winning, you should not chose the negative option of giving in to defeat and make a failure of your life.
