      I tried a mouthpiece and it didn't help me solve my grinding problem so I sent it back. I think some of the best remedies for bruxism are treating the problem itself and too much caffeine seems to be the culprit that makes me clench my teeth excessively. Great hub!

      Yes those sore mornings are the worst and they've made me very grumpy sometimes. Especially when it hurts to talk. I have even thought I've had a cavity in the past but it turned out just to be jaw pain from bruxism.
