It is fairly possible that you might have come across this anemia and also you don’t know the proper reason. Anemia can be caused by numbers of factors but, mainly due to deficiency of iron. Though, if you are fat or thin this doesn’t matter because anemia is deficiency of iron in blood.

What is anemia?

Anemia means "without blood," in reality lower RBC’s count and/or hemoglobin. Due to this lower count the blood finds it difficult to transfer oxygen to the tissues. Anemia is caused due to lack of red blood cells and white blood cells, which is usually due to, when the person is suffering with any other diseases. In the worst-cases anemia can create a serious oxygen deficiency in bodily organs that can lead to heart attack.

Cure for Anemia:

Anemia can be found in different ranges from mild to severe and temporary to chronic. Therefore, cures for are also found in varieties according to the anemia types and causes.

Some cures for anemia consist of little more than dietary adjustments and exercise. Herbal remedies or supplements are also used to treat anemia naturally.

Here are some tips on how to cure anemia:

- Try to make healthy food choices; your body needs iron and vitamins in order to produce sufficient amount of red blood cells.

- Anemia can also be caused due to intestinal disorders. Therefore, eat fiber rich foods in order to avoid constipation and other digestive problems.

- Eat iron rich foods during menstruation period and pregnancy.

- Try to add iron, folate and Vitamin B12 rich foods to your diet menu.

The best sources of iron are beef and other meats there are many other iron rich foods presents including

- Beans.

- Iron fortified drinks.

- Lentils.

- Dried fruits.

- Nuts.

- Seeds.

- Dark green leafy vegetables.

Folate or folic acids sources are;

- Citrus fruits.

- Legumes.

- Fortified breakfast cereals.

Vitamin B-12 is plentiful in meat and dairy products.

Vitamin C helps in absorption of iron. Therefore, increase your vitamin C intake.
