How to fight depression (The natural way)

Some people are born with depression. Others go through a period where they develop it. It could be because of a break up, being bullied, etc. Sometimes anti-depressants make it worse. If you feel as if you have been depressed lately and are not yourself here are some ways how to fight depression:

1) Read self-help books.

2) Listen to anti depression music.

3) Use sleep hypnosis.

4) Try using visualization. Try seeing yourself in a situation where you are happy and where all of your dreams are coming true.

5) Make a list of whatever comes into your head and write it down. If it is negative throw it out.

6) Look in the mirror and repeat positive affirmations.

7) Get out in the world and do what makes you happy.

There are ways to over come depression. It is not easy and it may take awhile but you can get to the place where you want to be.
