Belly fat issue, you guessed it right. well, the tittle is obvious enough to guess( not giving you credit ;).
Many people are victim to the belly fat problem. Most of them think that their life is almost over as they won't fit in their old clothes, nor the new ones would do any good.
The most stressing part comes when people around you start to criticize/question your physical appearance. 'What has happened to you? Hey, eat less. Hey, move your butt'. My stance for this situation is to ignore the type of people. Don't begin with your journey to weight-loss just because people pointed at you. Rather, do it for yourself. Know that people are always blurting comments, whether good or bad.
Alright, start fetching for a solution: Gym and eating clean. That is the only rule. Hitting gym thrice a week is great, or if you can do more, then voila!
The good part about gym is that you come across people of almost similar issue as yours. There's nothing to be ashamed of, workout buddies are always fun. Celebrate each time you people lose an inch or pound.
Keep in mind that the key is Confidence. If you do not possess confidence, even your designer clothes and jimmy choo's would do just as much good as a dead fish does, exactly nothing.

You see, life is not that complicated. Try to live it out. If anything bothers you, solve it. if it can not be solved, don't let it bother you.
Let us begin with the tips to lose belly fat.
Cardiovascular Exercises :
Cardiovascular exercises tend to cut belly fat. The most effective ones are listed below:
- Running ( on a trade mill or walking track )
- Cross Crunches
- Rope Jump
Do you run daily? Does it effect your weight?
Wake up early in the morning and go out for a walk. Doesn't matter if you're alone, it will help you focus your goal anyway. Or if you feel the need of a company then take your dog along.
First Step: As a beginner. start with a 10 minutes walk. You'll notice that you are getting tired only in 10 minutes.That's because you're out of practice and you haven't walked like this in a long time. Now continue your morning walk for 10 minutes and after 1 week or 2, you will feel that you're no longer weary. That's it! Now get to the next step.
Second Step: Extend the time by 20 minutes. Repeat the step, keep on walking for 20 minutes daily. At first you will get tired and after some days, you will be perfect!
Third Step: 30 minutes.
Now when you're done with 30 minutes walk, go a fit faster. try running. Keep on extending the time. There will come a time when you will be able to jog for about an hour. This way you will lose your belly fat at a much faster rate.
Do you swim? Does it help you lose weight?
Each and every body part works and moves during swimming. A study says that 500 calories per hour can be burned by swimming.
So make a plan whenever you want to swim, in day, evening or night. First, take your time to satisfy yourself with the depth and temperature of the pool before stepping in. Because many people get afraid when they get to know about the depth and most of them jumps out of the pool as they find the water cold.
Now swim daily. Start with a short period of time like a couple of minutes because if you will swim faster and longer on the first day, you will get yourself very exhausted.
Be slow for a couple of days in the beginning and then dive inn and swim the way you like!
A fitness expert states that always swim in lukewarm water. If you will swim in cool water then it will increase your appetite and you will be eating more than before, after workout.
Swimming daily will help you reduce belly fat.

Cross Crunches :
Cross crunches is one of the best way to flatten your tummy. Do the crunches exercise daily as it's very effective and burns belly fat.
As shown in the picture, touch your elbow to the knee 10 times and then change side. Repeat the same action.
First Day, Do 10 sets of crunches like 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,on both sides
Second Day,Continue 10 sets until you get used to it and you have no problem by it anymore.
Third Day,Add more 10 sets to each side,like 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 now backward,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1.
Keep on adding 10 sets and then do 10 sets 4 time on each side that means 40 crunches on each side.
This help you burn your belly fat fast and easily.
I've seen many people against crunches because it is said that instead of reducing belly fat, crunches makes abs.
I talked about it with a girl who has been doing more than hundred crunches,daily, since 1 year. I asked her whether it is correct or not? She stated that:
" No such thing like this happens. Crunches worked perfectly with me and reduced my belly fat in short period of time. That ab thing? It looks really nice when your tummy is all flatten up with light appearing abs. "
Will you do cycling?
Cycling is one of the best way to reduce your whole body fat. Cycling not only burn your belly fat but also tone you whole body and make it strong.
Do cycling daily. As i mentioned above, start with a short time like 10 minutes.
First Day, 10 minutes, yes 10 minutes would be more than enough if you're a beginner.
Second Day,By daily cycling, after some days you will feel that you don't get exhausted in 10 minutes anymore. It means that you are working really well and now your body is used to it.Then 30 minutes.
Third Day, 40 minutes!
In this way,you will lose your belly fat in no time. Daily cycling will help you reduce belly fat faster.

Rope Skipping :
Yes! Skip a rope! It is the most easy way to reduce your fat all over the body. Ropes are found in everywhere in the world and are affordable.
While you jump, each and every part of your body makes effort. In this way your calories are burned, which can led a flattened up tummy.
First day, Start with skipping only 10 times.
Second day, When you're done with 10,add more 10.
Third day, Again 10
This way, your stamina will get strong enough that you will be able to do 10 sets 4 times, that means 40 times skipping a day. Success! You're going really good.
When you get used to 40, then add 10 more and keep on adding.
I too used to do skipping 100 or 200 times a day. It really does reduce fat.
What to eat and what not to :
Many people complain that they workout day and night but all in vain. Well the reason behind the failure of all your hard work is that you're not taking the right food.Yes, diet is the major part of workout. If you want to lose weight then you need to keep a sharp eye on your diet.
First, you have to make a plan.Take a diary and pen down all the things you eat in a day. At the end of the day, take a look at your diary. By doing that you'll be able to know what were those food items that made you gain loads of calories.
Here I will discuss some of the eating habits which will help you maintain a slim, smart and healthy body.
Eat less, eat slow :
Do you know that your brain takes 10-12 minutes to realize that your're full? When you're done eating, you think that you should eat a little more because you feel that you're still hungry. No don't do this! Because that's just a horrible prank being played by your brain.
When this thought appears in your mind then wait for 10-12 minutes before you go for another plate.
After couple of minutes,you will feel that you're not hungry at all!
You see,your brain needs some time to realize things.
Eat in a small Bowl :
Try to eat in a small bowl. Reason? Well the reason is that if the thing, in which you're eating has a small size, then it will obviously carry small amount of food.That means small bowl help us eat less which results in weight loss. Make sure to eat only one bowl, not more than one. If you're thinking of going for another bowl, as I have mentioned above, then I think you know what to do.
Cut down on fried things from your diet :
Get rid of fried stuff before it stuffs you with fat .All the nutritionists recommend to avoid fried food because you will be at higher risk of getting over weight.
Cut down on fast food :
Yeah, I can feel the same pain that you're feeling right now because I am a fast food lover too. I myself was so addicted to burgers and sandwiches that even the thought of quitting fast food gave me chills. I use to try hard not to eat burgers but always ended up eating one.
For me, it was nearly impossible but then I thought that nothing is more important than my weight and health. After failing again and again,I finally succeeded.
Now I am a healthy person with not a sign of fat in my body.
I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't stopped eating fast food.
2 glass of water before every meal :
Intake of large amount of water plays a trick on your brain.
If you don't have control over your hunger then this tip will help you eat less.
The trick is that if you will drink 2 glass or more before every meal, then the water will help you stay full and it will make your stomach heavy because of which your brain will think that you're full.
In this way you will be able to eat less and you will lose more weight.

Drink green tea :
Green tea contains lots of antioxidants which help you in losing belly fat as well as it maintains a healthy system inside.
An experiment was done on men and women to check whether the green tea loses belly fat or it's just a myth.The result cleared all the doubts as many people confirmed that their belly fat has really reduced by the intake of green tea.
However, you will have to drink green tea nearly 5 times a day which means 5 cups,in order to see results clearly and quickly.
If you think that it's fine with you to take 5 cups of green tea a day, then you're on your way. So go and get your belly fat reduced. You will certainly see the difference in just a few days.
Divide your meal :
Instead of eating large amount of food, go for FIVE mini meals.
The disadvantage of taking large amount of food at a time causes your stomach bulge out. If you want to hold your breath in order to make your tummy look slim, you won't be able to do that because you have eaten so much food.That's why it is better to take five mini meals instead of going for a large helping.
Oh, how can I forget chocolates, ice creams and carbonated drinks/soda?
Chocolates, ice creams and carbonated drinks or any kind of dessert, is very dangerous for your weight. In order to get a flat tummy, you'll have to quit all these things.
Ice creams and chocolates have lots of fat. If we talk about dessert, then it depends on which type of dessert you're eating. You have to take care of it by yourself. If you think that the dessert you're eating contains sugar then leave it right there.
Carbonated drinks are a kind of sugary water which can cause very bad effects on one's health and can increase weight. A research shows that soda builds fat around waist. People who take soda on daily basis, suffers from waist fat.
