Alot of guys who want to get bigger arms usually focus more on their biceps more than their triceps. Most people say that in order for your arms to look bigger you will want to get your triceps bigger. So if you want your arms to grow than you need to workout just as hard on your triceps as you would on your biceps.
So if you want to get bigger arms you need to work hard on both your biceps and triceps. If you want to get bigger arms than keep reading and follow the routine below.
Get bigger arms with this routine
If you want to get bigger arms than you need to hit the weights and hit them hard. You also need to lift both heavy and light weights and experiment with all kinds of routines, sets, reps etc... This is just one of many routines that you can do to get bigger arms. Follow this routine for about a month or month and a half and you should be able to see results soon. Perform the exercises in order.
Bicep curls/barbell- 5 sets/ 6-8 reps- perform this exercise with heavy weight
Dumbbell curls- 3 sets/6-8 reps- perform this exercise with heavy weight
Concentration curls- 3 sets/10-12 reps- perform this exercise with light weight
When you are finish with these three exercises the next exercises you will do are for your triceps. Remember that if you want to get bigger arms you will have to work just as hard on your triceps as you would your biceps.
Close-grip bench press- 5 sets/ 6-8 reps- perform this exercise with heavy weight
Tricep extension/dumbbell- 3 sets/6-8 reps- perform this exercise with heavy weight
Triceps pushdown-3 sets/10-12 reps- perform this exercise with light weight
Just remember that if you want to get bigger arms you will have to change up your arm routine and keep your muscles guessing. Do not get discourage and just keep at it and eventually you will see your arms getting bigger.
