How to get rid of Smoking
Hi, quitting smoking is really hard but possible. Here I am sharing my personal experience on quitting smoking.
I start smoking at an early age almost as fifteen years old. In the start I smoke after one day gap this habit grows and I start daily even the time comes I became a habitual chain smoker after every meal smoking was must and continue in intervals.
First of all, realize, think about it why you are smoking is it good for your health, absolutely not. It is just a waste of money and health, and not only for you others are also affecting, your family, friends, atmosphere, etc.
At the age of almost 22 years, I visit the hospital and observe an old man coughing continuously and taking breathe very hard. He was in very critical condition and just know only coughing. I asked the attendant that what happened to him he told me that the lungs of an old man near to stop working (near to lungs failure) due to heavy and continuous smoking. I shocked because I just smoke before entering the hospital and still finding the place for smoking.
On that day I start thinking to Quit Smoking. I immediately reduce and comes to almost half because when I burn cigarette the face and condition of an old man comes in my mind and I consider myself in place of the old man.
I set my mind and continuously reduce smoking and even I smoke one cigarette in a day and even sometimes I smoke after one day.
Fellows smoker are the main cause of smoking. When they met I smoke again with them for the sake of the company. I didn’t mean that quit friendship with fellows smokers. Here I realize to my smoker friends that I am quitting smoking I don’t know about others but my friends backed me and appreciate, Some of them make laugh at me and said how it is possible now smoking is in your blood but I don’t care of them and continuously realize them that I have no more with them during smoking.
Now exactly one year since I smoke and very happy that I make my mind enough strong to come over this habit. My fellow smokers still my friends but now I am not with them when they smoke. Some of them appreciate me and show their wish to quit smoking.
Set your mind that Cigarette is a killer thing.
Go to the nearest hospital or clinic and see the condition of Smokers with your own eyes this helps you set up your mind to quit smoking.
Avoid Fellow Smokers when they smoke.
Left purchase of cigarettes
Don’t spare your precious money to buy killer cigarette collect this money and buy some precious thing for you or your family.
