You too can get sexy abs with minimal effort

The most difficulty thing for a busy mom or dad is their bulging waist line. We look at the mirror and can see those chunks projecting out of our pants or track suits. Every one wants those toned abs and will take hardcore resolutions during each new-year ultimately ending up eating more and promoting more chunks to project out.

Many exercises are prescribed by those so called fitness professionals for a hefty sum and it ranges from tummy trimmer to painful crunches. These crunches may strengthen your muscles but if done in an improper manner will result in all sorts of health probles starting from slipped disc and cervical strains.

Here is one simple exercise that every one can do at office that too without any pain.

This is what you have to do

  1. Feel your tummy
  2. Locate your belly hole
  3. Place your finger inside the belly hole without applying much pressure
  4. Now sit straight
  5. Lift the abdomen up slowly in such a way that your finger moves up
  6. Continue lifting the abdomen up to the maximum within the pain limit
  7. Hold for 10 seconds
  8. Continue this for Ten times every 3 hours

Please measure your waist line before starting this exercise and measure it again after 1 month to monitor your fat loss in the tummy
