How to have a healthy body? Tips and suggestions!

Proper and good health is very essential to make your life easy to live. Unhealthy body breeds an unhealthy mind and an unhealthy mind deprives you of happiness in life. So you can see that your happiness in inter connected with a healthy body and so it is very essential that you maintain it with earnestness.

When you are agile and active and do your work with enthusiasm you can profess yourself to be healthy.
What are the side effects of unhealthiness?

Are you obese? Do you feel breathless after walking a few yards? It is time you begin exercising to maintain your body weight. Exercises give you good blood circulation and better mobility. Do not start with strenuous exercises as you are bound to leave it midway.
Unless you do regular exercises, you cannot lose weight. Doing exercises in fits and jerks is not good enough. Walking can be done by any age group and so takes the number one position. Skipping, swimming and jogging are all good for your health. Going to gym is also an option, but a costly one.
Meditation and yoga
When you lead a hectic life style you are easily prone to stress and tension. When your mind is clamoring for peace, your body reacts negatively to the demands of a disturbed mind. You feel breathless and palpitating. You struggle to concentrate in your work and your relationship also suffers. You should practice calmness and serenity to be relaxed.
Meditation and yoga are very good for your health. Early morning is the apt time for meditation as your mind is composed and you are able to concentrate much better. When you do meditation regularly you will definitely see vast difference in your health and your mind also has better clarity.
Control your emotions
Anger, frustration, depression and many more negative emotions can destroy your health very badly. When you are angry, you feel your body reacting to the tension your anger evokes. There is nothing to feel tensed about when you know the trick to handle your life.
When you develop a happy mindset it has a very effective and telling result in your health. You become a lot less tensed and you are able to live your life as it should be. It is as if some burden has lifted off your shoulders.
Do you lead a proper lifestyle?
It has become the trend of the modern youth to party late night. They say it relieves them of stress. But they do not know that they are digging a grave for their health. Partying always involves alcohol, heavy and unhealthy food and in some extreme cases drugs also.
You should avoid partying out regularly as you become addicted to drinks, drugs and junk food. Alcohol destroys your health and your family life. Why do you want to drink knowing the adverse effect it has in your body? When you maintain a good lifestyle you distance yourself from such negative habits and it is another way to healthy body.
Say ‘no’ to junk food.
Junk food destroys your body and makes your obese. Bakery items, aerated drinks, sweets and oily foods are all tasty, but when you know the damage they do to your body, you will never think of having them.
Hypertension, diabetes, obesity, heart problems and many other illnesses relates to junk food. Don’t be tempted to have pizzas, burgers and cakes regularly. When you feel thirsty, you can drink lots of fresh juice, butter milk or coconut water.
Do not skip your breakfast
You always hurry for work and in the bargain forgo your breakfast. A very wrong thing to do! Breakfast provides your body with the necessary nutrients to make you agile and active to see you through the day. When you skip breakfast you find that you lack the necessary drive to do your work energetically.
Eggs, cereals, brown bread, lean meat and lots of fruits can constitute your breakfast. You should allot time to have your breakfast in a leisurely manner. If you gobble up your food, you do not enjoy the full benefit of the nutrition you consume.

If you analyze, you can see that it is you who has to take steps to be healthy. When you are young you feel that you will always be at your optimum health. So you throw caution into the wind and lead your life as your mind dictates. The result is bad health which eventually destroys your happiness. Start being healthy from your young age to enjoy your old age.
