Everyone in this world wants to look younger no one want to see himself/ herself  older, with dull skin, puffy eye bags, wrinkles etc. look younger secret has been searched since long time ago. Here are some tips on how to look younger than real age:

 

In order to look younger, firstly make some essential changes to your lifestyle and eating habits. As, we cannot stop natural ageing, but we can still look younger if we want to work hard to slow down the aging process.

 

Detoxification 

 

Unhealthy life style and eating habits can cause toxic buildup in the body. Therefore, it is important to start detoxification/ cleansing/ detox in order to get rid of toxin from our body. Our body metabolism has done that process, but in everyday life we are exposed to so many chemical hazards from air, food and environment. The simple way to detox body is to put your self on juice or water fasting or just consuming fruits and vegetables are ways to detoxify our body.

 

Sleep

Plenty of sleep every day is essential, in order to promote growth hormones for to renewing and repairing our body cells. Therefore, if you really want to get younger looking and healthier skin try to sleep at least 6 to 8 hours daily. Our skin will look fresh and young if we have enough sleep.

 

Food

 

Try to make healthy and balanced food menu because eating healthy, balanced and safe food everyday will make our body fit, slim and also look younger. Try to add fish to your food menu rather than going for more red meat. Include fruits, vegetables and fiber rich food to your diet menu as much as you can. Drink plenty of water everyday rather than drinking coffee, alcohol, sodas and other unhealthy beverages.

 

Exercise

 

Try to make a new well planed exercise regimen in order to make your self feel happier, energetic, and confident. Exercises, increases our bone density and muscle which can make our body look 15-20 years younger. Aerobics, walking, swimming, running, cycling are some of the examples of common exercises.

 

Relax – Relax

 

Stress is responsible for early ageing. Therefore, try to live a stress free life, if we can manage our stress and feel at peace, our face will look younger and attractive. In order to manage your stress try to go for yoga or meditation classes.

 

 

 

Active and social life

 

Remember that; always try to be active during your life. Therefore, try to increase your daily physical activities these activities will increase your health; and if you are in your elder age, your memory will increase too. And also, try to communicate with your friends, family, neighbors, colleagues, and others because social life can increases our spirit, bring peaceful mind, and make us feel and look younger. Communication with our can bring happiness to us.
