The Diet

This is a simple 5 meals a day diet plan which is not very difficult to follow. It provides sufficient energy to go through a day actively. And it also has high nutritional value.

Breakfast

Lunch

Evening

      Wow! That's a lot of eggs but the diet seems workable. And going back to the regular diet might have to be very slow in order for the weight to stay off. Thank you for sharing.
