How to lose weight for girls

You have probably been trying to lose weight all your life.  People have been calling you "fat" and you want it to stop now.  What can you do about it?  That is simple: Lose the weight.  How do you go about losing the weight?  Well, I am here to tell you, specifically, how to lose weight for girls.

Here is how to lose weight for girls:

  • Stop eating fast food.  All you friends are doing it.  Why can't I. well, this is one of the main reasons why you have been putting on the pounds.  Try putting down the hamburger and fries for about one month and see the change.  I know the food is so tasty, however getting rid of it from your diet will make you shed the pound in no time.
  • Drop the alcohol from your diet.  Alcohol turns into sugar, which eventually turns into fat.  You do not need this extra fat being put into your diet. You are trying to lose weight remember.  If you can try limiting your alcohol intake to about 1 - 2 glasses a week--if you can get rid of it entirely.  If you do this for about 1 - 2 months, you will see a change in your overall weight.
  • Start working out 3-4 times a week.  Get up right now and go to the gym.  There is nothing better for your health and weight than going to the gym.  There is only aspects that you would want to gain.  For example, you will lose weight, feel great and look great.  Try this out.  If you keep it up on a consistent basis, you will see the weight disappear.
  • Play a sport.  Ask your friend to play some basketball.  Join a soccer team.  The idea is to get your heart pumping and muscles moving at a higher than average momentum.  With any high paced and fun sports activity, you will see a difference in your weight. 
  • Go for a jog.  What do most jogger look like?  They are usually fit, right?  Well, start jogging for 30 minutes a day.  This will be great for your heart and body.  Make sure you hydrate well.  You will see that after doing this for 3 months you will lose a lot of weight.  Accompany this with weight training and you will have an athlete's body.

These were a few ideas on how to lose weight for girls.  This will change your life now!  Stick to your plan.  If the going get tough, ask a friend to help you out.  Remember to try and stay motivated.  This is the only way you will achieve your weight loss goal.  If you have to put up pictures that say..."You can do it!"  In the long run, you will see a difference in your weight.  Good luck to you.
