How to make the Shiatsu massage to tired feet

Most of the Eastern cultures shares particular feet's attention (both physical and spiritual), which goes far beyond the concept of care meant in the West. In the East, in fact, feet are considered a sacred part of the body, as they represent the contact of man with the earth.

The patient should be lying prone on a soft surface with a small pillow under his feet, which should be about twelve inches away from each other. Standing and facing the opposite direction to the patient, lean your heels gently on the feet of the patient.
Keeping your knees slightly flexed all the time, gradually put all your weight on the feet of the patient. Rhythmically move the weight from left foot to right, increasing the knee's flexion one leg at a time. Increase the pressure by straightening the knee and focusing the contact zone on the heel.
This kind of foot massage is especially appreciated as a preparation for sleep. The technique described here is recommended by state of fatigue and exhaustion.

      Our feet carry us all ife, all day long and mostly don't get the respect they earned already.

      Treat your partners feet from time to time when he/she is really down or worn out or ask for it, when you feel like it. Its really relaxing and balancing your mood.
