How to motivate yourself to workout
Sometimes, the hardest part of working out, is just getting started.
It is difficult finding the self-motivation to go to the gym, or set aside time to just get going. For me, I think the best way to get motivated is to simply:
- Dress-the-part. Put on your running shoes and yoga pants. When you look like you are going to work out and simply are wearing the right shoes, your mind will be triggered to "want" to workout. Doing this every day will make it so working out will eventually become a habit.
- Pump up your Body. Another thing I do is give my body the nutritional elements it needs to have natural focus and energy! Giving your body Vitamin B and other nutrients, helps energize and focus both your mind and body, so you are more energetic and motivated to workout. I love doing this the easy way, by simply having 1-2 Zeal Wellness Drinks a day.
