How to overcome negativity in 30 Seconds?

Our mind is really an interesting thing- really something which separates us from our soul and our body. Throughout the Spiritual world, almost all the efforts are focused on silencing the mind because it is through silencing the mind that one can access the higher realm. The constant chattering in our minds, the dominance of negative thoughts over our positive thoughts makes it extremely difficult for an ordinary person to even touch her higher self once in lifetime.

So how we can silence our mind or rather come out of any negative situation within 30 seconds? Some research suggests that our mind takes 30 seconds to make any situation or thought to be permanently stored in our sub-conscious. That means, if we hold complete control over our thoughts or at least aware of them, we can easily navigate out of any negative situation within 30 seconds.

Here is how to do it

  1. Suppose you face a situation which created fear in you.
  2. Become aware of this situation..
  3. Focus on your heart
  4. Remember a good feeling
  5. Replace the negative situation with this positive good feeling...

Remember you have to do this all in 30 seconds or earlier… as soon as you are in a negative situation, just focus on your heart after first negative thought triggers into your mind and remember any moment where you have felt happier and positive. 30 seconds is all you need to come out of any negative situation…
