There are many benefit by exercise. The benefit not only for the physical aspect. In addition to a fresh body, we are also more active, happy and finally able to understand our feelings.

Such of this conditions could increase the activity in the body and stimulate the work of brain in collecting the Endorphins hormones or kind of hormone that make us always happy.
Such as when we are jogging or walking in the morning, the calm situation when we run or walk make us happy when we arrive at home. Beside it give good influence in our mood. Particularly special feeling that we want to hide.This kind of clarity that we want during the workout. Such as jogging. When we regard, jogging as the only time during the day time we can set aside for ourselves. That's when we were in "our world" with no other responsibilities to be disturbed. Bye..bye..deadline.

Human body is kind of a map of the human experience. If we have a traumatic experience, the energy of emotion can enter into the muscle tissue. Exercise may be could releasing the repressed emotions. There is an exercise especially for physical and emotional. It called bodywork. Actually the human muscle. Muscle save memory and emotion. This system is the declarative memory (associated with the words and the conscious mind, are stored in left brain), procedural memory (system which register our emotions since childhood, kept in the right brain).
With bodywork exercise, the procedural memory as a blueprint for exploring the secrets of the body. The idea is give instructions on the body and the memory will provide a better decision. So it can give good attention to ourself.
Therefore choose the sport that we love and practice regularly. so that we are not only good physically, but also our emotions. Believe me , at every end of each day. We will steadily going yell......I Feel Good
