"If Your Determined You CAN" - Motivational Spiritual Encouragement
Beyond The Open Door
"Determined"
Determination is a feeling that swells in a mind made up. It cannot be easily provoked by the doubts of peers, nor is it easily moved when exposed to ultimate pressure. Determination is the character of the wise.
Determination is not a trait of the lazy, nor will it allow idol time. The determined mind takes it's cherished time and uses it to aim for the goal.

Sometimes we get so caught up in our dreaming, planning, strategies, competing and on and on that we find ourselves really not making forward advancements in life; like dipping into the bubbling spring of endless opportunities. Instead we are always heading somewhere and never arriving.
Recently I've told myself concerning some things I am trying to achieve, "DON'T BLOW JUST GO!"
We tend to complicate the process so much by adding too much logic and counting facts when we have all been given a measure of faith, but instead of using it we exhaust our potential with excuses. We let our dream die daily because we are too busy nourishing our disappointments, failures, insecurities and just plain doubt.
I know this example is used often, but what if Thomas Edison hadn't kept being determined after 1000's failures? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Edison Electricity sure is nice!!! He once said, " I have not failed, I have just found 10,000 ways that won't work!" He told how many of life's failures were men who didn't realize how close to success they were before they gave up.
"Finding The Open Door"
Right on the brink, you feel the pain
You feel you would die instead of gain
It's easier to quit and lay it all down
Let the man behind you take your crown
Lose those thoughts and just keep climbing
You just might find you made perfect timing
Take another swing with new confidence
Your faith will find it's providence
Had it not been impossible you'd never know
The thrill of the ride when you finally go
God's ways are past finding out
So dare to believe and take the step out
Logic tells lies, when it's meant to be
Courage takes on impossibility
Next is promotion and so much more
First was faith, now an open door

You Can!
Philippians 4:13 KJV says, "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
I know we can get so distracted by the pressures of life, but when you have a call it is ever before you. It can become a painful nuisance instead of a beautiful blessing if you lose your will and determination to pursue it and become it.
When you quit numbing those feelings God gave you for a divine purpose with all the tonics of this temporal world you will wake up with a renewed passion. Every-time you think about it or are around something that reminds you of your call you might feel that lump in your through and let a tear of longing escape.
Determination may be the only thing between you and your destination.
Here is a bridge to a song I wrote a few years ago: "I just can't sleep it away; it's right there before me when I pray. It's more to me than this worlds wealth; it's sweeter than life itself."
It is very true that the level of your determination determines capacity of your outcome. If you give little, you'll probably get littler.
" You can win every battle and run though a troop! You can say to the mountains in your life, MOUNTAIN GET OUT OF MY WAY!" God's word says that He will not give us more than we can bear, but sometimes we do push it close. "Friend, right then and there at that breaking point is your decision point. Give up and maybe die anyway or keep fighting and WIN!"
I know thy works: behold, I have set before the an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and has kept my word, and hast not denied my name. Revelations 3:8
True Story: Recently I was seeking God sincerely for His direction for my life at this time and I asked him to show me in some way. The next evening I was feeling overwhelmed and my sister (not knowing ) called and told me she had a dream she wanted to share that God gave her for me. In the dream there were endless doors and she and I was viewing them distraught as to which we should go through. She asked God, " Which door should we open?" He said, " Trust me and let me lead you." She tried to tell me what He said and I kept getting interrupted by hindrances (Anything worthwhile or meant to be will have to confront hindrances). She said soon we were taken up in this realm and there were these two open doorways with no doors with an endless realm beyond, Just as we begin to go through she awoke, She said God told her to tell me to quit trying to figure it all out, but to cast it on Him.
After she told me the dream I begin pouring my heart to God and he became so much more real to me. I had just took my kids to school the next morning when His presence filled the car. I felt Him show me that it is right in my grasp, I just need to reach and take it. I turned on the radio and the first words to the song playing was, " Now you can take this open door and all will be complete!" I cried and cried with joy. Day by day His plan unfolds before my eyes as long as I keep my determination and walk through the door.
