Fitness is an investment for your old age. Imagine you are aged 60 + and still be able to do all the activities with ease, seems wonderful isn’t it? As we grow old, we fail to realize we will lose strength and there will come a point where we have to be dependent on others for our basic needs. Nobody likes to see ourselves struggle even to lift a glass of water. Our goal is to age slow and lead a good quality of life even in our old age.
