Winter asthma attack

Winter season has started in several North Indian states. Since I live in Delhi I have started experiencing the bitter winter mornings and chilly evenings. We have packed up our summer clothes and have opened our winter dress bundle. Sweaters, jerkins, monkey caps, shawls, woolen socks, rajai, woolen blankets and other garam clothes have occupied a good portion of the space in our rooms. Geysers and room heaters have started their new year of service. Even though winter season requires us to give extra care for our clothing, many people prefer winter over summer in Delhi and other North Indian states. This is because summer is horrible in majority of the Indian states. But winter is a nightmare for a group of people. They are none, but the asthma patients. They suffer with asthma attack during winter season. I wish to share some effective Indian tips for asthma.

Do not add coriander powder. Add salt and the cooked beef or beef liver. Cook for 10 minutes. Have this three or four times a week. Asthma will flee away in few days. For cooking use coconut oil. Coconut oil is safe for asthma patients.

Flesh of green frog is a wonderful remedy for asthma. It can also be cooked in the above mentioned method. Green frog flesh is the best remedy for asthma.
