Weight Loss: Invest In Clothes Now So You Can Lose In Fashion

What makes you want to lose weight? Maybe it's doctor's orders and there's no way around it. That is, if you want to be around in the future. If you're in a situation where you're not being forced to lose, then perhaps you'd just like to look and feel better,right? Okay, so where do you start? It seems the first thing you probably will think to do, is to stop eating so much. That sounds great but you need to feel good about yourself before you can start hard projects like losing weight. That's right you have to somehow start to feel good about yourself and your accomplishments whatever they are. Even through right now at this very minute you feel as though you're not where you want to be with you're weight, you've got to try and do something. Nothing is going to change if you don't start changing.

One of the easiest ways to feel better about yourself is to dress in comfortable clothing that makes you feel your best. It's a great way to invigorate yourself when it comes to doing good things on your behalf. You might say, "Well, if I'm going to be losing weight why should I buy clothes now?" And, you're right it does sound like a waste, but it's not. It brightens every day, and there's no way you can tell me that putting on well fitting clothing doesn't make you feel better. Better than squeezing into everything only to have it make you look bigger than you are.

Maybe you have to rationalize this aspect of weight loss. Then rationalize away. Why don't you start by realizing that when you're finished with the clothing you can donate it and write it off on your taxes. Or, you could sell it to a consignment store and spend the money you make for it, on the next size you'll need as you're going down. It is important to look good at every stage of your weight loss program.

As well as having the right sizes of clothing as you lose weight you want to pay attention to: Staying fresh and clean, maintaining a bright smile, having a positive attitude, and being proud of who you are no matter what journey you may take.

      This is a great motivational tip. Being happy and inspired from the start should really help keep one on track. One motivational technique I wrote about was to keep a few of your old clothes that you had before losing weight, and then to take these out the cupboard every time you started to lose mmotivation or your weight lose becomes stagnant. Seeing the difference, actually seeing how much weight you've lost and how far you have come, is a great motivator to continue towards your target. So this could be another good reason to by some well fitting clothes at the start.
