When you chew a sharp piece of food or a bite inside of your mouth or tongue, it even gives rise to canker sores. It can also be caused due to the deficiency of iron and Vitamin B12. food items like are chocolate, peanut butter, sea food, wheat products, nuts and milk can also cause this ‘mouth ulcer.’
