Is Exercise or Nutrition More Important?

Updated on February 2, 2016

This is an important subject to think about and to take to heart. You see, some people think that exercising gives them a free pass to completely ignore their nutrition and (somehow) still lose weight and get toned. Others think that eating "healthy" means they don't need to exercise. But neither case is true.

Honestly, you need both exercise AND nutrition in your life, if you want to truly be Healthy & Happy.

Without exercise you won’t be able to build the lean sculpted body of your dreams, & Without nutrition you’ll only end up putting on muscle without taking off any extra fat, giving you that “bulky” look that I know you want to avoid.

Now, I know, eating healthily is soooo hard.... even if you buy fruits and vegetables from the store, most of their nutrients have already been depleted, so your body isn't getting as much out of eating them. And, even if you know where to buy organic fruits and vegetables, and vitamin and mineral supplements, the costs are ridiculous. Trust me, I have been there. Trying to be healthy was costing me near $400 a month, and I didn't even feel better. It is hard....

But thanks to this incredible company that I found, called "Zurvita," you can easily give your body ALL the nutrients it needs and more without breaking the bank going "organic," and with one delicious drink a day. THAT is something EVERYONE can handle.

What do you think?

Is Eating right and getting the right nutrition more important than Exercise? Or is exercise more important that nutrition, when trying to lose weight?

This video is old and may be a little cheesy, but I think it does a great job at explaining WHY Zeal for Life is the real deal, how it works, and shows you how easy it really is to live a HEALTHY LIFE!

They say, "Abs are built in the gym and revealed in the kitchen!"

This means that both nutrition and exercise play crucial roles towards building the "new you."

This is why it’s so important that you take the time to commit to your exercise regimen and giving your body the proper nutrition, even before you start this challenge! With effective workouts and simple nutrition, it couldn’t be easier.

Because I can personally testify about the value of drinking the Zeal Wellness drink, and I know that it is an easy way to help YOU get the right nutrients you need, I am offering 15% off when you order as a preferred customer. You will have more energy, more mental clarity, be able to focus longer, and simply feel your body naturally heal and take care of itself. Another great and simple way to give your body the right nutrients, without breaking the bank on purchasing "organic foods," and never again eating a hamburger, is to try using meal-replacement wellness & protein drinks. With this, it is important to make sure your protein shakes are more than just protein. Your body needs many more nutients.
