Kendall Jenner is one of the hottest teen idols of the new millennium. She is no longer just Kim Kardashian's younger sister, she is famous in her own right.

Since the very slim teenager's exposure has increased at warp speed, people have been asking, "Is Kendall Jenner too skinny?" Her popularity has been sealed as a fashion model whose image can be found in numerous magazines, such as Teen Vogue and Seventeen.

Kendall Jenner's Height and Dress Size

Kendall Jenner's height is 5'11" and she is a dress size 1 reputedly. While this is very skinny, it isn't outside the realm of normal for a teenager or a female with a thin bone structure. Even if you aren't very tall it is easy to learn how to look more like Kendall.

Women can have thin bone structures even if they are tall. Kendall Jenner's height is genetic, with her father, Bruce Jenner being 6'2".

Teen idol Selena Gomez is said to be thinner or as thin as Kendall, but you can be the judge. Looking at the thin pics of Selena, I'd still say Kendall is skinnier.

As millions of teenage girls look up to Kendall, it isn't difficult to imagine that her image spurs on the desire of these girls to diet to be as thin as her. Many teenage girls would look gaunt as a size 1, so it isn't preferable for girls and women to try to be such a thin size simply to look like one of their favorite stars. But even Kendall's celebrity look-alike is very skinny.

What is Kendall Jenner's Diet and Exercise Routine?

Kendall reportedly eats a normal diet and is not anorexic. She watches her weight without obsessing over food. An example balanced menu is a breakfast of cereal, toast, and juice, a lunch with a sandwich and piece of fruit, and a dinner salad with lean meat, cheese, plenty of vegetables, and a roll.

When Kendall was attending school, she would stay in shape with cheerleading practice and taking her dog for a walks/runs. Now her schedule is more hectic and she can possibly keep her weight down because she keeps busy going from photoshoot to modeling job to volunteer event, etc.

It is easier for teenagers to keep their weight down than women in their 20s and 30s. Their metabolism is helping them form the bodies they will have the rest of their lives, and that takes calories and energy.

Why Size 1 is Not Too Skinny on Her

When you look at any picture of Kendall, you do not see bones protruding. You see a thin, padded layer of skin. Her face is also full and not gaunt. Often, you can tell the difference in anorexics and normally very skinny people by how healthy their faces look and whether their body joints appear to stick out too much.

Kendall's Body Size is Likely to Change

Remember, she is still very young. Her bone structure might still expand and her lower body grow slightly wider. She is likely to still remain skinny her whole life, but womanhood brings on normal changes to every female. The modeling industry loves Kendall because clothes photograph best on lanky bodies like hers, and her proportions are very ideal to what the industry seeks.

So until she is much older, it's Kendall Jenner, thin as usual.
