Feeling Thin

Think Thin

One way to feel thinner is to think about sex. If you imagine yourself moving all over the place you'll want to look and feel the best you can.

There are other ways to feel thinner too. First of all you don't want to overeat. Stuffing yourself can make you feel like a farm animal. Next, you want to avoid foods that cause gas. This can even make you look heavier. When it comes to clothes, make sure you're wearing the right size for your body right now. Tight clothes always make you feel fat.

It does feel great to be thinner. Well, I mean thinner than you are when you want to lose weight. It's so nice getting dressed ;in the morning. Everything fits well, and looks good. It's hard to believe that someone could gain weight back after losing it, but as we all know it happens. You know it's easier to gain it back that it was to lose it in the first place. That's why you have to remember how it feels to be thinner.

You can pick clothes off the rack and they always fit. You can't believe how well. People tell you how good you look. That makes you feel good, and proud of yourself. Just like it does when you look in the mirror.

People look more attractive to the opposite sex too. Then they get feedback. This is great if you are out there dating. It can give you the confidence that you need to compete.

It is actually easier to move around. You feel lighter. You huff and puff less. You can make it up the stairs. You can do everything better. It feel so good to be able to make it on the 5k trail at the park. To know I'm not going to die before I get to the end.

People smile at you more like you've figured something out about living your life. They see you're fit and smiling. And you are smiling.

I made my husband smile after I lost 70lbs. He responded so well. That should have been enough to help me keep it off. It slipped back on. Now, we're both walking and starting to lift weights. It's great to have someone in your corner when you're trying so hard to feel good.
