I've been (like most of us I think) too heavy for years now and this year I decided that it's time for a change.

I was browsing on the internet for weight loss products and after a while I came across Jillian Michaels Body Revolution product. After a bit of reading I ordered the product and it arrived 5 days later.

The next monday I started with the program and MAN... I wish I started way earlier, I'm not trying to sell anything to you but if you are looking for a good weight loss program, than you've found it!

I lost 26 pounds, 34 inches and 2 pant sizes after I was done with the course!

Jillian Micheals Body Revolution comes with 15 dvd's (12 strength & 3 cardio). Each workout takes around 30 minutes. Every 2 weeks you switch the strength workout dvd's and every month the cardio workout dvd. Every week is 2 days of cardio and 4 days of strength, so 6 days in total per week. It feels like you have your own personal trainer.

The dvd's are really great, Jillian can be really tough, but the results don't lie! The first time she said I had to do push-up jacks, I could barely do 1. After 3 weeks I was able to do the full 30 sec inteval of push-up jacks without a problem.

Just a little downside here: My knees where not that good because of my overweight, this made the 3rd phase really hard for me (I even had to skip a few exercises because of this). So be aware that you should not buy Jillian's course if you have bad knees.

      I started off with 30 day shred and completed that in about 40 days as I took my time and moved on when I felt ready. I have just completed Phase 1 of body revolution. I have not lost much weight but the inches have melted off and continue to melt off. So far I lost 6 inches from my waist. I didn't have a ton of weight to lose in the first place but really needed to tone and get in shape and get rid of my 40 something year old gutt lol.... I have a bit more to go on the belly but the rest of me is toning up very nicely. I am totally impressed with the results and it inspires me to continue moving forward. I agree that the workouts can be hard on the knees and for this reason some may need to modify and perform other exercises in place of the ones you can't do, just keep moving!!!!
