Green Juice

Juicing seems to becoming more and more popular. By juicing, we are getting tons of nutrients our bodies crave and need. The results, if you stick with it, are amazing. Healthier and happier. So here is a simple green juice that is alkalizing, healthy,, and yummy. Do not let the color and ingredients scare you away, it is good.


  • 2-3 Handfuls Kale
  • 1-2 Handfuls spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/4-1/2 inch ginger
  • 2 green apples
  • 1/2 lemon
  1. Prep all your fruits and veggies and have them ready to go into the juicer.
  2. You may need to cut the cucumber, apples, and lemon into smaller pieces to fit into the juicer
  3. Start the juicer
  4. Add each ingredient, one at a time.
  5. Once all juiced, pour and enjoy!
