Embrace life, feel it, and live it.

Feel beautiful, don’t think you are beautiful because you will just hear within you some negative reactions, just feel beautiful then embrace yourself and say “I love you ( whisper your name), you are so beautiful!”

Feel blessed or lucky, don’t think you are lucky because you will just be reminded of all the heartaches and failures in the past and of all your defects and flaws...thinking is a torture, feeling is good. Count your blessings and say aloud “I am lucky, I am blessed, I am a winner!”The fact is there are failures and successes in life, drop the failures they are just parts of the lessons in life that catapult you to the next level. The fact that you are still alive in this stage of your life only means that you have more successes than failures so congratulate yourself, Celebrate!Feel it!

Feel rich, don’t think you are rich because it will just remind you of your debts and your empty wallet. Again rationalizing your financial condition just gives you headaches and tantrums. Feel you are rich, as rich as the Universe, as abundant as the water in the ocean and as the leaves of the trees and as the sand in the beach. Be awed by the abundance of everything in nature in which you are nature yourself, not just a part of nature but the crown of all creation! Be awed by its abundance and say to yourself “Yes! I am rich! I am abundance! Feel it and live your daily life with this feeling in your heart.

Emotions are the transportation that you ride in this life. Emotions take you to your destiny but you are the driver. Drive your emotions to the right direction, to the direction that your heart desires to reach. Discard rationalization if they just block you from your destination in life. Thinking is good only if they obey your desires. Thinking too much is limiting your ability, it paralyzes your capability because thinking is not originally yours, you just pick them from anybody, anywhere and anything that surround you in any given moment and stage of your life and they accuse you of being poor, inadequate, ugly and unlucky and sickly among other painful thoughts. Stop rationalizing. Just feel your desire and it will take you there...there in your life’s true destiny.

Life is difficult you think? Discard the thought and feel the abundance, go to the beach and behold the abundance of the water in the sea and the ocean, go to your garden and count the leaves of the flowers, the trees and the grasses, can you count them? or count the strands of hair on your head, even when you are balding there are still strands of tiny hair around your head...Feel the wonders of abundance in the universe, you are that...Just feel it. It’s your choice. What you feel is what you become and your life would be.
