Know Nano Vapor Side Effects Before You Use

Updated on January 24, 2010

Nano Vapor is a muscle building supplement

Nano Vapor is a muscle building supplement that is used to increase muscle mass and energy. It provides users with small yet powerful doses of nitrous oxide prior to their workouts. It has become a popular supplement used by many bodybuilders and you can find it promoted in several corners of the Internet. It supposedly gives an extra pump to the muscles and allows them to grow bigger. But you may want to hear about Nano Vapor side effects before you try it out.

Nano Vapor contains many ingredients. It has a proprietary blend of over 50 ingredients which includes creatine, caffeine, various herbals and amino acids. It has anabolic growth factors, thermogenic compounds, vasodilators, and cell volumizing complexes. The ingredient list is very long and you should read it carefully before use. You should familiarize yourself with the ingredients in this product. The ingredients have been designed to be absorbed quickly by the muscles.

As there are with many exotic body building supplements, side effects do exist. Some common side effects include dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, headache, stomach pain, muscle stiffness and diarrhea. Many people will experience one or a few of these, but they will usually not be lasting and may only occur occasionally.

There are side effects that are more severe. These can include skin rash, allergic reaction, hives, swelling of the lips, mouth and tongue. These more severe side effects are extremely rare. If you experience any of these, you should stop using this product immediately.

Before beginning the use of Nano Vapor, you might want to consult with a physician first. If you have cardiovascular problems, nervous system disorders, or asthma you should definitely consult with a doctor. Because it can cause drowsiness and dizziness, it is advisable to not use any machinery or drive an automobile when taking this.

You should always take the product as directed by the label. It should be taken approximately 45 minutes before your workout for optimum effects. You should never take more than the recommended amount. You should also not take it within four hours of taking another nitric oxide product or any fat burner.

A quick look at some of the bodybuilding forums give some insights into possible side effects. Many people report dizziness and feeling jittery. Others report a severe crash after the initial rush. Some report the inability to fall asleep and headaches. Anyone with blood pressure issues should think twice about using this product. A few people reported elevated blood pressure after use. Some of these side effects were reported in the early stages of use, but seem to lessen or disappear when your body built up a tolerance.

Bodybuilders are always looking for that next great thing that will help them workout longer and get bigger. But, check out any product that you are going to put in your body very carefully. Some of these have many ingredients and they can effect different people in different ways. This product seems like it works, but Nano Vapor Side Effects are worth looking into before use.

Every day I regret buying nano vapour. I now have Central Serous Retinopathy which is a buildup of fluid behind the retina. This distorts my vision and swaps eyes over each year. I never had problems getting to sleep before this stuff, now my sleeping is all over the place. Guys, you have been warned. Go for standard proteins and possibly some standard creatine. This is no magic formula. I wish it were banned.

I've been taking Vapor for about two weeks. During the first two weeks, I was having more energy, lifting more, feeling better, getting bigger, etc. I upped the serving to two scoops and during my first set caught a severe throbbing headache right in the back of my head above my neck. I had to stop the workout. Tried again the next day with two scoops (not identifying that this might be the reason for headache) - same problem. Pain so severe I didn't even get to set 3 of my first exercise. I plan to increase my water intake and drop back to 1 scoop. The product did great until I boosted the dosage. Just be careful with this product until you know how it will affect you.

This product works great. But felt I experienced some side effects in the early stage of using this supplement. After training in about 45 minutes I felt so dissy I was not able to continue the lifting. But I'm sure this side effect was caused by some strong pain killers I've used every morning for about one week because of a knee problem.
