Digging in a bag of chips, heart racing, inability to fall asleep. Life is taking control of you and you are at a dead end. Everything is falling apart. Its come to the point that you do not even care about your job. As a matter of fact the bills are piling up and you have not even opened one envelope yet.

Coping With Daily Stress
If you are feeling stressed there are a few thing that you can do to help you get through the day without "exploding" at someone. Yes, it may help but you may regret it after all is said and done.
Crying baby or child, a spouse, in laws, your family. Walk away and take a five minute break. It can help. Everything that you want to say, repeat it over and over in your head until you have felt some relief.
Go for a Walk or Jog
Enjoy the wind in your face and fresh air. Think about goals and how you can accomplish those goals. Think about when you were last happy and how you can be happy again.
Hit a punching bag not a person or walls. Think about why you are stressed and upset and hit the bag until you feel better. Running can help. Just run away from the stress until you are ready to face the life of stress.
Getting feelings out in the open even if it is on paper can help. Sit, write, and read what you have written. Every time you are stressed read what you have wrote and add to it. The great thing about paper is it can keep a secret; as long as you do not leave it were others can find it.
Venting on paper is wonderful but if someone gets a hold of it it can be very hurtful. Be aware and careful.
Find someone you can trust and just get everything out. No one to judge you and no one that will get their feelings hurt. Let someone hear you. It is important to relieve stress.

Having someone to help you through the stress in life is the key to feeling better. If you can find that amongst your peers it is time to see someone professional. They can help guide you through the stress and give better tips on how to be happy and healthy through the tough times in life.
Stress can over power your every thought. Making you someone that you are not. Overcoming stress will not be easy but once you have you will feel relieved and maybe even happy again. Let us be stress free and happy together.
