Lipo 6 Black Hers Review

My Review

This is the first time in my life that I have tried a supplement with my exercise routine. My exercise routine is minimal (the fact that I have an exercise routine right now is in itself a feat) and although not overweight I could stand to lose a few pounds and get rid of some unbecoming flab. You will find below a review of the 1st week on Lipo 6 Black Hers and what you can expect.

Day 1

Woke up to my alarm at 6:00 a.m. and took my first pill with 8 oz. of water. It says to take it with a lot of water.

From 6 - 6:30 a.m. I did my usual exercise routine which consists of 20 minutes on the treadmill (15 minutes of pretty fast walking - 5 minutes of very fast walking). I then do 10 minutes of arm weights. 3 repetitions of 20 sets of 4 different arm exercises. I found on my first day that my treadmill exercise was not much different but by the time I got to the weights I had a lot more energy then usual and probably could have done more then my regular set but I only have a certain amount of time in the morning. Still had to fit in breakfast as you are supposed to eat 1/2 hour after taking the pill. I had a piece of peanut butter toast.

From 6:30 - 7:30 a.m. I get ready for work. Feeling very awake but a little jittery. My mood couldn't be better! I get ready quicker and happier then usual.

From 7:30 - 8:00 a.m. I am in the car driving to work and I brought water with me. Something in my head told me I should do this. My intuition was right. During the 1/2 hour drive, I am feeling jittery, excited and happy, very awake and a little bit nauseous. I continue to drink my water on the drive which helps with the feeling of nauseousness. Did I say I felt very awake? Yes! Very awake, more so then I have in awhile on my drive to work in the morning.

From 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. I am much more talkative and productive at work. Still feeling a little jittery and nauseous and still very happy. Between 8 and 9 a.m. I had to pee twice! By 10 a.m. though the nauseous feeling has gone away. I am waiting to see if all the energy will go away too.

From 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. most of the side effects have worn off although my energy stayed high. I did finally get hungry around 11 a.m. but after having 3 peanut butter crackers I wasn't hungry anymore.

I had signed up for my first YOGA class on my lunch at work today. Went to that from 12 - 1 p.m. and had a really great class.

At 1:00 p.m. I took my 2nd pill of the day and ate lunch a 1/2 hour later. Felt jittery and a little nauseous again from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. I had oatmeal for lunch. I think tomorrow I will try something a little more substantial and healthy. Drank more water to get the feeling to subside.

On my drive home I had a headache and I was grumpy. Not sure if this is related to the pills or not. I had some personal issues today which would have made me grumpy without the pills. Will see if the same headache occurs tomorrow at this time.

Evening hours were great and I was less tired then usual. At my bedtime of 10 p.m. though I had no problem going to sleep.


Day 2

Woke up a little bit earlier today and took my pill 15 minutes prior to working out. This made a difference in the fact that while doing the treadmill I was sweating a lot more then usual. I was also a little cold. My energy was high but not as much as the 1st day. Wondering if my expectations got the best of me? My work out was good but because I am not use to being so sweaty it wasn't as pleasant. I guess I better get use to it. I think sweat is a good thing. Thermogenics? You betcha! It is definitely the supplement that is causing increased production of heat in my body!

Not as jittery, but still happy to be up and getting ready after breakfast. I made 2 pieces of peanut butter toast but couldn't even finish it all. Only felt slightly as nauseous on my drive in to work.

The rest of the day was business as usual. I will note though after my 2nd pill, and after lunch a 1/2 hour later, I felt a little clammy (a little sweaty) and cold. I have to remember to keep drinking water. Still making multiple trips to the bathroom to pee throughout the day. Much more then normal.

I did have the slight headache again on my way home from work but not grumpy like the first day. That must have just been from the personal issue I was having.

My nighttime routine is so much easier. My energy level stays up and let's me get through dinner, homework with the kids, showers, bedtime, etc. and I am no longer climbing into bed exhausted from the day. It is nice.

Day 3

Very similar to yesterday. All feelings of being jittery, nauseous, cold and clammy about an hour after taking the pill continues for a little while each day. These feelings do not interfere with my day as long as I eat 1/2 hour after taking the supplement and drink plenty of water. I am hoping my 5:00 p.m. headache starts to subside in time. It only lasts for about 15 - 20 minutes. Still loving the energy!

Day 4

I work out Monday through Friday and today is Saturday so I slept in till 8 a.m. and then took my 1st pill of the day. I ate 1/2 hour later and then did housework. I felt a little cold and clammy perhaps because I didn't exercise like I normally do. I got through a lot more housework in a shorter amount of time because I was so awake and was able to stay extremely focused. I was doing chores at a much faster pace as well! The rest of the morning was good. I took my 2nd pill at 1 p.m. and then ate 1/2 hour after that. By mid afternoon I didn't feel very well. TIghtening in my chest and cold and clammy. I just drank more water. I felt a little naseous too but the water helped take care of that as well. I also laid down for a little while. I rebounded in the late afternoon and evening was good as usual.

Day 5

I don't usually exercise on Sunday but after yesterday I decided my day might go better if I did. I also wanted to exercise because of all the energy the supplement gave me. I got up at 8 a.m., took my pill, and did my usual exercise routine. My morning today was much better then yesterday. After I ate and drank water, I felt fine. After my second pill of the day I felt a little bit of tightness in my chest but not like Saturday and there was no nauseousness. Evening was again great!

Day 6

Back to my normal weekly routine of getting up at 6 a.m., taking the supplement, exercise, breakfast and getting ready for work. Loving to start my day this way. My head is clear, I am awake and energized each day! My long workdays seem shorter and more tolerable. I use to struggle in the evenings getting everything done so my children could get to bed on time but since I am no longer tired it is no longer a struggle.


Day 7

Exact duplicate as yesterday although I did feel a slight tightness in my chest again every now and then. Nothing too intense, just different. This morning I weighed myself. I did not lose one pound. Bummer. Hoping that will change in the next couple of weeks.

Quick Overview of my 1st week on Lipo6 Black hers

6 - 8 a.m.
8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
1 - 6 p.m.
6 - 10 p.m.
Day 1
Took 1st pill of the day. Need to take it with lots of water. Better workout, lots of energy, a little jittery
Very awake, energy, feeling a little nauseous & jittery. Kept drinking water!
Took 2nd pill of the day & ate 1/2 hour later. Felt a little jittery and naseous from 2 - 4 p.m. Drank water to get the feeling to subside. Slight headache on the drive home - grumpy.
Night time routine easier, had a sensible dinner, & slept well
Day 2
Took 1st pill of the day 15 minutes earlier today. Work out was good, very sweaty
Very awake, nauseous & jittery. Still drinking lots of water.
Took 2nd pill. Not as jittery but slight headache. Still sweaty & clammy about a 1/2 hour after I eat lunch.
Still going strong, had a healthy dinner, & a great night's sleep
Day 3
I stuck with taking the pill 15 minutes before my work out. Still doing better with my workouts
Same as yesterday. Still a little nauseous. You definitely have to keep up your water intake.
Took 2nd pill and made sure to eat 1/2 hour later. Between 5 - 5:30 I continue to get a slight headache.
I love the energy I have in the evenings. Not tired like I use to be.
Day 4
It was Saturday so I slept in!
Woke up and took my first pill of the day. No exercise today for me. Without exercise I felt a ton of energy and even more jittery then the other days. I did get a lot of housework done.
Took 2nd pill and had lunch 1/2 hour later. After an hour or so I felt very nauseous and had a tightening in my chest. DRANK WATER!!
The tightness subsided along with my nauseousness. Had a pretty big dinner and good night sleep
Day 5
It was Sunday so I slept in again!
Woke up and took my 1st pill of the day. I don't usually exercise on the weekends but today I did and it was a great workout! I am less jittery when I work out after taking the pill
Took 2nd pill and had lunch 1/2 hour later. Not as nauseous but still felt a slight tightening in my chest. Went away with lots of water.
Great evening again getting ready for the work and school week. Energy level still high
Day 6
Back to the work week. Took pill 15 minutes before workout with a lot of water! High energy - great workout
Less jittery then on the weekend. A lot less nauseous too. Awake and focused at work with a high level of energy
Took 2nd pill and ate 1/2 hour later. Noticed the sweaty clammy feeling only slightly
No headache on the ride home. Continued energy in the evening
Day 7
Same as yesterday
All side effects continuing to decrease or go away completely
Sweaty feeling continues slightly
Evening routine great as usual

Results After One Week:

After one week I feel great! Love the supplement and the energy and focus that I get from it. Makes exercising easier and getting through the work day and evening hours much less overwhelming and tiresome. That being said I didn't lose any weight in the first week. I am hoping that the next couple of weeks will be different and that I will see some weight loss.

Results after One Month:

Would I recommend this product to friends and family? Yes, if you are dedicated to working out and eating healthy. If you are already doing this, and have either hit a plato or just can't get the weight to come off I would recommend trying this. Unfortunately, I did not lose a single pound. Although I am not sure if I was using it correctly. My exercise routine is minimal. I believe a supplement like this is for the serious bodybuilder or at least for someone with a more rigorous exercise routine. If I could take the supplement just for the share pleasure of being wide awake and focused with tons of energy every day I would! I don't think that would be a healthy decision though.       Thank you! I find it hard to stick to an exercise or weight loss routine but the fact that I wanted to try it and write a personal review of it made it easier and more enjoyable!

      Nice....I was unaware they had a Lipo 6 'Hers". Its natural to not lose little or no weight the first week, especially when you're in decent shape already/not over weight. I've known several people who took the regular Lipo 6 and got good, positive results after a couple of weeks. Keep up the hard work. Thumbs up.
