Looking Young with No Plastic Surgery
Many people want to look their best. As they age, their skins become "older" as well. Wrinkles may soon appear around eyes, along mouths, and on hands. If your take care of your skin very well, this may not be such a problem. But people who are tired of coping with "baggy eyes" and fine wrinkles on their face may consider seeking a cosmetic surgeon to find a solution. The real wise solution to look younger is doing so naturally: eating well, exercising enough, and having adequate sleeping.
Drinking lots of water can help reduce dead skin cells. Some people find this to be a chore and instead drink carbonated beverages such as a cola, and that only adds more problems to the skin, since colas often contribute acne. Water is vitally part of the bodily systems, and to avoid dehydration, consuming it is vital. Drinking enough water can also help systems getting rid of toxins. It also cleanses the system as well.
Eat foods rich in vitamins
Eating appropriate foods for the skin is another step to consider. Consume foods that are high in vitamins and minerals. Vitamin C, for example, helps keep your skin healthy while eating plenty of fruits and vegetables. The selective foods that fall into the Vitamin C category include strawberries, oranges, broccoli, and tomatoes. Whole wheat breads pack a punch in vitamins, too.
Use substances containing Vitamin E
There is another vitamin that is known for skin reproduction: Vitamin E. This type of vitamin is found in plant oils, mainly wheat germ oil and nuts. Have you ever heard of applying avocado to a person's face? This is ideally for those who have dry skin, but anybody can do it to promote moisture throughout the skin. Wash your face first, mix the avocado and some honey in a mixing bowl, and then apply the substance to your face. Leave it on for ten minutes. Finally, rinse with warm water and gently pat dry with a clean cloth. You will soon feel refreshed and rejuvenated after you spread the avocado onto your face.
Get enough sleep
Sleeping enough hours a night can reduce "baggy eyes" and other wrinkles on your face. As you sleep, your skin cells relax and begin to soften the skin texture. An average adult needs seven or eight hours of sleep daily; young children need about a couple more hours. Try taking short naps if you need to catch more sleeping hours.
Get in shape
Exercise! Physical activity tones your muscles, leaving your skin looking great. Take a daily walk from 20 to 30 minutes in the fresh air and sunshine or do so right indoors. Do some calisthenics right in your own home to build the muscles throughout your body. Take weight training classes or work out in a gym to have the opportunity to show off more of your muscles.
By following the directions above, there is no need to visit your local plastic surgeon. Be smart and save your money instead. Your skin is your beauty, and that should be taken for granted with natural care.
