Daily breakfast - boiled eggs + half an orange


Saturday:
Lunch: - fruit one variety and amount of any (Maaadaalmanajo, figs and bananas is prohibited)
Dinner - roast beef (sliced ​​or minced) + vegetables authority


Sunday:
Lunch: - roast or boiled chicken + tomatoes + orange alone
Dinner - 2 boiled egg + salad (cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, green pepper) + one toast + orange


Monday:
Lunch: - low-fat cheese with any amount of + toast one + tomatoes
Dinner - roast beef or minced + Salad

Tuesday:
Lunch: - class one fruit in any quantity

Thursday:
Lunch: - class one fruit in any quantity
Dinner - roast beef and salad


Friday:
Lunch: - roast or boiled chicken + tomatoes + boiled vegetables + orange


(Diet drinks are the coffee and tea without sugar and herbs)
Allowed the option of eating carrots or cucumbers between meals (choice of one variety), but two hours before the meal




The second week


Daily breakfast (2 eggs + half an orange)


Saturday:
Lunch: -2 hard boiled egg + salad
Dinner: -2 eggs + orange


Sunday:
Lunch: - roast beef (sliced ​​Aov without fat) + Salad

The whole day:any kind of fruit and in any quantity and at any time and in any combination, except for (grapes, mangoes, bananas, dates, figs)
Sunday:
The whole day: - any kind of boiled vegetables and any kind of power (all kinds of vegetables, except potatoes allowed and dry beans)

Monday:
The length of the day: - any kind of fruit and any previous type of vegetables boiled at any time and in any quantity

Tuesday:
The length of today: - fish or shrimp or tuna refinery in any amount and lettuce salad with arugula only

Wednesday
The length of the day: - minced meat or meat grilled or poached chicken or roast all day and any amount of + boiled vegetables

Thursday and Friday: - one class fruit in any quantity at any timeThe fourth week

The quantity mentioned in each day are distributed on the day without specific time, but without any increase.

      Friday of the first week, lunch is only mentioned so that does Mean that dinner is free or I'm not allowed to have dinner on that day??

      Another question, if I had a free day after the first week as I have a certain event, is it applicable or no???

      In 19. January I go to birthday, can't do the diet... So have to do after it. In Oder word I will start on 20. January, I think it works, because once I even have lose 20kg in 2 weeks following such diet.

      Only I will eat every time 1 egg instead of 2, 2 is too much for me, and also will try to eat in such quantities that daily I will have maximum 700-800 kkal, I will ALS drink vitamins, because I can't work with headache, vitamins hell me to escape it, also they help me don't loose hears.

      Why you all get concentrate on that Option 2 and 4, just ignore it, there are in any case lot of other thing to eat in that days.

      Yes, once with this diet, I have lost 20kg in a month, one of my friends suggests me to do following:

      In morning hot water with natural lemon juice drops.

      11:00 2 boiled eggs.

      If you fill hungry, it then 1 apple,

      Drink at least 1,5 lite water.

      Each day you lose 1-2 kg, depends from person.

      If you are strong you can try it Naila, for more concentration we can contact each other and every day posts our results. Today is my first day.

      Yes it works, but everything is personal, I am not eating dinner, because I. am not used to eat meat in evening, besides I go to Fitness studio after work, so 2 hours before I can't eat, after it is not good.

      In other words you should adjust diet to your organize needs,I personally eat 2 boiled eggs in a morning(9-10), then meat with vegetables(13:00), 16:00 I finish my work and go to fitness. EVERY DAY, yes it is pretty much costly, fitness, transport, good meat (I live in Germany) but it is better one month to live like this, then slowly add food to it, and as sport take dance at home, walking, bicycle, etc.

      P.S. Hot what with lemon is very important, it cleans organism, decreases appetite. For not feeling tired drink vitamins it helps.

      I stay in south africa, i have a job where im at work most of the day and night . just a question, how much do you think a person can lose on the seventh day , im going to do the complete diet. just wondering. i weigh 95 kg and am not happy with my body at all that's why i need to do something.

      Im drinking water during the day and cutting out all sugar drinks and junkfood

      You can follow full diet, but please drink also vitamins, because otherwise your hair, nails will lose their quality, for sure it will not make you beautiful. For example I drink Draje Merz, it is special vitamin for hair and nails, and it helps, also it gives me energy. I am not sure, whether it exists in your country, but no matter, just take special vitamin for hair and nails.

      You can lose 10-25 kg, do lends from person, every person is different.

      But please don't say " I don't like my body", because this makes you nervous, and most of people press the stress with food, even if you are not like this, your organism can also don't burn fat, because of it, just enjoy the life, enjoy also your diet( this is very important), life is much more than some kg, do diet, but don't hate you body, love it, love how it is changing.

      P.S don't weight every day, each week only, because in our body during diet is going fat burning process and this process needs time. So weight once a week!

      Oh, tomorrow is a birthday, so diet will stop ...(((

      Never mind, I can do some cleaning in weekend, that means drink only water on weekend, this will contrast the big birthday eating.

      Will write in Saturday and Sunday, how my cleaning goes.

      Then in a week I will do my diet and next Saturday morning(08.02) will weight, my hope is, that at least 7kg less I will be.

      It really works... 7 kg in 21 days. I am on my last week and I am sure to loose another couple of kgs in last week. Option 1,2,3 etc are not known but you can continue without these as I have done.

      Don't think just start and you will feel the difference.

      I have not done any workout to reach at 92 kgs from 99 kgs. It can support further in weight loss.

      Alia, my diet is so, if you feel hungry eat vegetables, Salad, tomatoes, Cucumber, you can eat them between meals and also in an evening, but nit late as 18:00, no matter when you sleep. Besides try to sleep at 22:00, this is also important for Metabolism.

      If you do so, then sure your metabolism will not decrease.

      But I have give up sport, I do only walking 1-1,5 hour a day.

      I haven't really monitored mine weight as Im a student, but Im using similar diet plan except I eat bread only for breakfast and only every other day, for lunch it is the same but for dinner it is only 1-2 apples, I have a strong cardio which Im doing on every day except on Sudays, its bassically 6-10km of running at your own pace, I don't know how much I have lost but I'm on it for week and a half now and I'm not stoping until I loose 20-25Kgs

      I had done this diet as a teenager and it really works. I have followed this diet several times but sometimes with slight variations. I can tell you, you can really lose 20 kgs/ month and more if your exercise.

      Hey guys, I have done this diet 3/4 times and lost between 25/30 KGS in 2 myths I'm sure faster if with exercise. It does take will power but you can all do it if you really want it. Make sure you have carrot sticks aand cucumber around. Lemon in hot water too :-)

      Hi everyone, so yesterday I started the diet and I really recommend this diet to everyone especially those who have emotional eating problems. But please take your vitamins constantly because if not, you will feel terrible and you will get horrible migraines, do to the low calories that you are consuming . I don't know how much I have lost until now (it just my second day), but I am not hungry, my emotional eating problem is super controlled and I have managed to follow the diet, until know I did not felt hungry maybe a little bit at night but if you drink water or lemon water you will be able to control this. I also recommend to follow this diet with some exercise, so that find your results faster. AT MONDAY the 4th of January (2016) I will weight myself and I will update my results.
