You came here for a crash diet way to Lose Weight in a Week. I did have one great fastest weight loss way to make in a week. Plus, it is natural, pain-free. You’ll wonder, is there a way ever existing? Couldn’t be! Yes, there is. That’s why I am now only 135 pounds. Read this article thru.

As you choose to lose weight in a week, you must have been prepared to suffer for some degree for the price of losing weight in such a short time. Right? Don’t be scared. It does costs you something, but not harmful to your health. Remember, it’s a natural, pain-free way.

You could have heard of my fat burn and fat wash away method in other ariticles I wrote in this website, maybe not yet. Here, I’ll again mention them.

l       Burn the Fat

You could easily figure out how many calories you actually you need according to what you do physically and mentally.

As a matter of fact, physical work consumes a bit more than the brainwork. Since you know how much you really need for three meals a day, just follow it. One crucial thing, or a principle is

Always Eat 80% of What You Need.

Think about it. It means you don’t have to diet, or eat what recipe that you don’t like at all. Just eat what you like, but with a reduced amount.

The good from it is obvious

Your Belly Fat will BURN to meet the 20% insufficience.

Well, it’s far from enough.

l       Wash Away the Fat

Of course, water cannot. Think about how you wash away the fat and greasy spot on your clothes. Yes, soap and bleach can do it. The point is some chemicals can hold the hands of fat and take it away.

We won’t drink any bleach, however, we have something that contains similar chemicals. As far as I know, GREEN TEA, BITTER CUCUMBER can do excellent job. If you don’t like them at all. No matter. Just remember to eat green vegetables or fruits for almost every meal. The chamicals inside them will wash away the fat in your belly gradually, altho not as well as Green Tea and Bitter Cucumber.

l       Super Fat Cleaner

There’s a super fat cleaner ever existing but few people are awared of.


Jesus, can it work?  Yes. Definitely, nothing else ever comparable.

How can it work?   Get in into your intestines. You’ll see how it works.

Do we have to eat it? Anyone can bear that? No, drink it. Hardly anyone could. So we need to add sth to it.


Yes, it’s a superb company with lemon. My wife Angela discovered it.


  1. Peel the skin of the lemon.
  2. Smash the lemon in a container.
  3. Mix the lemon jam with two liters hot water(around 176℉/80℃)
  4. When the lemonade gets cooled a little bit, pour some scoops of honey, the amount depends on your own taste.
  5. Stir and Finish.

Drink it all, refill hot water and honey. Twice or three times a day, which means 4 or 6 liters a day.

Persist! Persist! Persist!

You don’t have to wait for a week to see the result.

Probably the third day, you’ll see how much fat and greasy stuff in your solid waste. You’ll feel fine thoroughly.

Persist! Persist! Persist!

For a week, there’ll be miracles.

      Great information!

      My mother use to make us drink vinegar, lemon and honey when we were sick. I noticed that I had lost a few pounds but thought it was because I was sick. I will have to try this out and see how well it works. Thanks for sharing this information!
