Lose weight by walking, jogging and dancing

Updated on June 14, 2012

There are many different cardio routines that are designed to help people lose weight. Here is one of them. The routine is at the end of this hub.

Walking

Going for a 20 minute walk at a brisk pace can do wonders for a person. Going for daily walks is one of the best ways to lose weight. Putting aside time to go for a brisk walk can do wonders for a person.

Jogging

When wants to melt fat off very fast then they need to do some cardio and sometimes walking is just not enough. A person who wants to lose a little bit of weight should try to jog at least 5 days a week. Jogging for 20-30 minutes should be enough.

Dancing

People do not need to be professional dancers to move their body to music. Dancing is considered one of the best forms of cardio to do, as dancing can help a person burn a ton of fat very fast. Simply turning on some music and dancing around for 20-30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, can do wonders for a person's body.

Combine Walking, Jogging and Dancing

People know that walking can help them lose weight and so can jogging or dancing on a daily basis. However, one of the best ways to lose weight very fast is to combine the three, and do them as a cardio workout.

The first exercise people should do is to take a brisk walk. They should try to walk for at least 15 minutes, just one way though. If a person can do 20-25 minutes, then even better.

When it is time to turn around (or after walking on a treadmill for 15 minutes) then they should jog for at least 10-15 minutes.

After jogging for 10-15 minutes a person should throw some tunes on and dance for at least 10-15 minutes and then wrap up their cardio session. As one can tell the longest it may take to complete this workout is almost an hour.

This routine can be done on a daily basis. A person should do this routine at least 4 days a week but try to aim for 5 days a week. Doing this on a daily basis should help a person shed some weight very fast.
