The family garden could be a miracle in curing thousands of disease. Researchers have studied and came up with theories that fruits and vegetables are likely to reduce heart disease, cancer and other illness.

Green leafy vegetables such as collard greens, broccoli, spinach are loaded with vitamins E, foliate and minerals for fighting some diseases.

.Fruits and vegetables are low in calories and high in fiber. The fiber in leafy vegetables and fruits may control weigh loss which helps our bodies control the feeling of hunger.

Grapefruits have been always known as a power house when it comes to dieting, it contains vitamin C, frolic acid potassium pectin and soluble fiber.Lettuce have 60-70 calories per pound it is high on dieters list because of it is said to help regulate the blood sugar.

When i was a child I remember the old say, a apple a day keep the doctor away. Apples are one of the most popular fruits in the world, and is used quit often in medical articles.Apple are healthy and rich in antioxidants, flavanoids and fiber. Nutrients and antioxidant in apples reduce the risk of having cancer,High-blood pressure diabetes and heart disease.
