Losing Weight by Burning Calories Safely with Apple Cider Vinegar

Updated on October 13, 2010

Apple Cider Vinegar Has an Endless List of Benefits

The legends surrounding the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar are well known by now. From turning back the clock 10 years, to alkalizing the body's PH, to detoxing the body and giving us youthful glowing skin. I'm sure Doc Brown used it in fuel his time machine/car in Back to the Future too.

While most of time when something sounds too good to be true it usually this case most of the stories told about Apple Cider Vinegar are indeed true.

Apple Cider Vinegar or ACV for short, helped me lose 10 pounds in just over a month. That doesn't sound like quick weight loss for someone who needs to lose pounds quickly, but I did very little differently other than supplement with ACV during that month.

This is why I'm convinced that It's powerful reputation is deserved and there are many more benefits with this liquid than mere weight loss. People have used this for centuries to combat hypertension, acid-reflux, poor appetite, flu, migraines, intestinal issues, parasites, gout, arthritis, candida, sore throats, flu, acne etc. Google it yourself if you're a doubter.

There are thousands of testimonials online about this great product. I'm going to tell you a little bit about how it helped me and with fingers crossed I hope i can persuade you to give it a try. It may be your 'fountain of youth.'

Looking younger and having a beautiful complexion is very important to women and to men as well. I noticed that aside from my weight loss, the circles under my eyes began to lighten using Apple Cider Vinegar.

This could be due to the anti-inflammatory ability of the product. My sinus issues and fatigue also improved dramatically using this product. I used it from mid June to late July of this year for a total of nearly 5 weeks. I did walk a little bit more over the time, so I did burn more calories and lose weight faster than I normally would have, but I'm convinced the ACV made the difference here.

I started using one teaspoon a day during the first week and gradually increased my intake until I was taking nearly 4 teaspoons a day by the end. I bought the organic cold-pressed variety that you won't find in the normal market. I bought it online when I bought some other supplements. This stuff is a detox diet in itself.

You don't have to take diet pills, or purchase weight loss diet books; all you need is a little ACV and the will to lose weight. The only thing that I ever found that compares is a herbal supplement which contains clove oil, green tea, white tea, peppermint and a few other herbs. The weight loss using that item was profound but this is even better.

Vinegar must make the body burn calories because my fat burning engines were running in the red. I hope you will try it and let me know If it works for you. I must mention that I took the ACV with water. I always drank it in a 16 oz water bottle and shook the container before consuming it.

I also tended to sip on it over an hour or so, rather than just gulping it down. I made sure to brush my teeth every time after drinking it, because it is known to affect tooth enamel, if you do not get it off your teeth in a timely manner.

It really is a beautiful looking liquid isn't it? It looks just like apple cider he he. I must admit that unlike apple cider, I found the taste of this repugnant upon my initial sampling, but after a week of drinking it I regarded it as purifying and tasty.

It's even more of an acquired taste than beer is, but I've grown to enjoy the pungent flavor and lovely aroma. So if you want to detox your body, lose weight, alkalize the body etc. without diet pill or fad diets or buying weight loss books and calorie should give Apple Cider Vinegar a try. It will cost you less than 6 dollars for a one month supply, even if you buy it at an overpriced health food store.

It may actually even boost your immune system. I would like to try it in Green Tea with some Manuka Honey added. That would be a great way to detox and purify the body and boost the immune system. Manuka Honey is also a great way to help acid-reflux so combining it with ACV would be fabulous. Okay, to summarize...If you want a great and inexpensive way to burn calories and lose the weight you need to lose by Christmas, try this remedy.

If it doesn't work you can chastise me in the comment section. When it does work I want you to tell me so. It's the best diet 'food' I've tried and I recommend it to anyone. My best friend wrote an article about it on another site and he told me it helped him lose 30 pounds in just two months.

He also says that Cayenne Pepper and ACV helped him with stomach issues and skin problems. isn't it wonderful that God has put everything on this earth we need to stay healthy and strong. The sad part is how most medical doctors tend to force drugs down our throats to cure even the simplest of problems.

Thank You for reading and always here to help

God Bless

Tina Marie
