Managing Weight Loss

Updated on October 3, 2012

After almost two years of working out, it is still challenging to lose all the weight that I have wanted to lose. I know that everyone who wants to lose weight goes through this because it is hard for some people to lose weight and to keep it off. Sometimes it feels that no matter how much one works out that it takes a lot more to keep the weight off.

How can one manage to stay in shape when sometimes it can be difficult for others? Like my brother can eat a lot and I look at him and he can somehow keep the weight off while I have to exercise to help maintain my weight. Sometimes just looking at the scale once in a while, the numbers can either make one happy or a little frustrated. That is why that sometimes it is better to go by the size of clothes for most people.

I know that exercise is important in our lives because it is important to keep ourselves physically active. Exercise is not just to lose weight but also to help reduce our blood pressure because there are a few people that say that it has really helped them in their blood pressure. Sometimes we may get tired of working out but when we look at it in the long run it will make our health worth thinking about.

I've just lost 15 lbs through dieting, now I'm looking at the best ways to get more physical. I'm so guilty of spending way too much time on the computer, but It's hard because I'm trying to finish my current manuscript.

So, I'm looking for quick work outs.

I know how that feels...there are times I want to be lazy but I push myself to do exercise.
